Yes when posting our acceptance docs, the day after Diane Perrin's reply they had received them and it would be processed in a few five days. This was such good news as our Royal Mail constantly lose letters , delivery to the wrong house and complaints just get the standard reply. Hearing our documents had arrived was such a relief. Thank you.
