Honest about committing to 2 of 3 but in the end he and his team pulled out all the stops and were finished 2 weeks ahead of deadline. Great team effort, attention to detail and making sure adjustments were taken into consideration. A brilliant job, great team and very very pleased with the result in all 3 en-suite rooms. The quality of workmanship is excellent – everything has been finished to a really high standard with great attention to detail. Steven was approachable, helpful with advice, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this consistent and trustworthy, and I felt very comfortable having him working in the house.

Steven sorted the problem very efficiently and talked us through what he had done and advised us to give it a could days and he would check in with us to see if our issue had definitely been resolved.

I cannot recommend Steven and his workmen highly enough. He has just installed a new combi boiler in my home and the service I received was impressive and highly professional from the start with a competitive quote given quickly to the finish. He was punctual, very respectful of my home and kept me updated as the work progressed. I also appreciated how clean my home was left following the work.
Steven will be installing a new bathroom for me soon and again has given me very helpful information. I hope to continue with his services in rental properties I own.

Since moving into my house I have had a lot of work done just to maintain it and Moss Plumbing has been one of the companies that has proved to be outstanding. They are a rare company that are reliable, trustworthy that they will turn up to do a top job and make sure that you are happy when they have done the job. I am a worrier whenever I need a job done as getting hold of someone is a rarity but Moss Plumbing are on the ball all the time so top marks for a great company.
