Best car buying experience to date

I part exchanged my Fiat with this company for a Jaguar E-Pace, bit of a change but had driven Range Rovers before and it's a car I always wanted. They gave me a good part-ex price and the Jaguar was reasonably priced too.
What stood out for me was the salesman, Tom. Polite, professional and kept in touch throughout the process. When an issue with a sensor delayed delivery he not only kept me in the loop, but then offered to pay half towards the delivery cost as means of an apology for the delay.

When it was delivered by Stevie - another lovely, professional chap - the car was spotless, and had half a tank of diesel (a lot for that kind of car and tank capacity); I've had it three weeks now and working perfectly, no issues at all. It's a beauty to drive and couldn't be happier with it or the service. Would recommend 100%

Ben was great! Amazing service

Amazing service, Ben was great. Really quick service, sorted the perfect car for me. Even gave it a full service so I had piece of mind before it left the garage. Would definitely use again.

Positive Experience

We had a brilliant experience buying a car with Motortrust. We bought the car with help from Kork who was friendly and helpful throughout the process.
I would definitely buy a car from the Garstang branch again. Thank you Motortrust and Kork :)
