A little disappointed with the finish. Some edges are quite rough and need sanding down and some of the dowels were difficult to fit. The two chairs are slightly different heights.
Instructions were quite clear.

Overall very good bit a few splits and filler on some badly made joints

On opening box potions of the wood were white with dusty mildew which I washed off. Whilst I appreciate it’s a natural wood product some narrow hairline cracks were evident in the arm rest supports. The dowels were too big for the pre drilled holes and whilst I appreciate they need to be an interference fit a few snapped off . I found carefully slightly oversizing the holes to 6.5mm meant they went in tight but did not snap. Once assembled the bench looked superb but I would advise self assemble only if a competent DIY type.

The seat cover fits perfectly on our banana shaped teak garden bench. Great service and delivery from Mr Teak.

I'm really impressed with the quality of this bench. Very good price too as it included free next day delivery. Took about 15 minutes to construct single handed. No weird screw fittings, just dowels, so it's a really professional finish.
I called to check on a couple of things and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful young woman.

Bench delivered on large pallet with back so more like a cage.Very heavy and awkward.Lot of effort to dismantle to get at bench.Delivery driver not helpful.Left with pile of wood to try and get rid of.
Bench itself OK but unlike teak table from different source had no advice on how best to treat wood included.

Great product, as described, seat pad fits my bench well. Shame about your delivery company, it took 4 separate days of waiting in, phone calls and emails for it to be delivered - very poor service, not impressed with them at all!

Large gouge in the teak bench i purchased. I contacted the company many weeks ago now and no response. Very poor quality and very poor communication and customer service, avoid.
