Good pricing/fast delivery

I was skeptical to order glass coffee and side tables from Melboune but they were delivered without a scratch within a week. Very happy with my purchase received what I saw in picture.

Excellent Service

I purchased this mirror online and it arrived interstate so quickly- I was amazed at the service, given current conditions. My product was so well packed and kept safe. I also think the instructions to mount the mirror are pretty helpful and detailed.

Thanks have bought a couple of items for my bedroom from my furniture. The quality is excellent and the service is also excellent. Super fast to get my dresser as well considering it’s covid and lockdown in both NSW and Vic.

Great service & quality products

I have purchased a bed & 2 bar stools, & I'm extremely happy with the quality & service. They look exactly as the advertised images, well made, were both delivered quickly & well packaged (all during covid lockdown).

I have to say I almost didn't purchase the bed, which was my first purchase, due to the bad reviews when doing research on MyFurniture. Not being able to find the design anywhere else, I decided to take the risk, it turned out positive on both occasions. I highly recommend them.

You mention bad reviews for us? We do have some lower star reviews, but as you will see, we have explained and addressed these directly with the customers. In most cases, negative reviews are usually down to carrier issues which are beyond our control. We usually run around 4.6 out of 5 stars, which is certainly not many bad reviews :-)

We are almost sure you may be looking at another companies negative reviews, that have a very similar name to ours, but are not related to our company......

Anyhow, thanks again for your positive comments, and we hope you enjoy your furniture for years to come.

Sent promptly tho not contacted by…

Sent promptly tho not contacted by couriers as stated in notification of dispatch email, however was received within a couple of days b4 I even had a chance to follow it up. which worked out well as it arrived when someone was home to receive it !!!
Item is of good quality and I love it however slightly disappointed as I thought the bedhead would be higher

Only received 2 bedside tables on 2…

Only received 2 bedside tables on 2 separate days. Still waiting on dressing table and tall boy.
I’ve been charged over $300 for delivery to the Central Coast and I’m still waiting.
For $350 I should have received all furniture within 3 days.

We dispatched your order 2 days after receiving it.

The delivery time frame we advertise to the Central Coast (any area outside of Brisbane Metro in QLD falls under regional) is 14-21 business days.

Nowhere on our site do we offer a 3 day service to your area?

In fact, freight to Sydney from Melbourne, we advertise 5-10 business days, and to Brisbane from Melbourne 10-14 business days.

In terms of the delivery itself, we have checked, and apart from this review, we can see that we have not received any communication with you with regards to a short delivery? We are here to assist, so had you informed us of this issue, then we would have contacted the carrier on your behalf. We cannot help if we are not aware of a problem.

In terms of the freight cost, this is what the carrier charges us. We make no money on freight, and these are large furniture items shipped on a fully insured service. We are transparent with the freight cost prior to purchasing, so customers can decide if they wish to proceed or not.

We are sorry that you have felt the need to leave us a negative review, but we feel your comments do not truly represent the service we advertise. Our time frames and freight prices are clear and transparent, and we have supplied in accordance with those. The carrier issues that mention - thus far we have not received any communication from you with regards to this.

Please contact our customer support team directly, if you require us to assist with dealing with the carrier and your delivery.
