Disappointing quality
The delivery was pretty quick despite the current situation and all the delays so that was very pleasing but that’s where it stopped.
When putting the 3 pieces together, I realised that one of the wheel from one of the drawers was completely broken into pieces then when trying to attach the top part to the bottom parts I also realised that the predrilled holes were not aligned properly making it impossible to attach 4 screws the way it is supposed to, I had to re drill two new holes on both bottom part to align them with the holes from the top part .
I don’t expect this when you pay $750 for a small cabinet so yeah, very disappointed. Won’t buy again and won’t recommend to anyone…

We cannot help if we do not know that there is a problem.
In this case, we would have investigated this further in order to determine what has caused this very unusual problem, which definitely does not reflect the standard of quality of our goods.

I purchased a set of side tables and dresser. The product I received was exactly as described. Quality, service and delivery was as promised. After a week one mirror of my dresser got broken due to some issue with the drawer handle. Dresser was replaced through email communication only, which is impressive. Would love to purchase again.

Good Quality - Good Service
Our furniture arrived on the date requested. Very well packaged and the items were in very good order. We're very happy with our purchase - the furniture is of good sturdy quality and looks fantastic in our bedroom. We looked at a lot of furniture in various stores, and the furniture we purchased from My-Furniture is of a much better quality than in the stores. Thank you very much.

Incredible quality, pricing and beauty!!
I bought the most gorgeous pewter crushed velvet bed frame. It arrived quickly and was even more beautiful in real life. Very high quality and because my Ecosa mattress sits inside it's edges it's even made my mattress more comfortable. The price was incredible because it was on sale and I only paid a third of the original price, so I am really, really happy. I look forward to buying more things from My-Furniture because I know I don't have to worry about the quality of their products. No false advertising here.
