Beautiful frame
This is a very beautiful looking bedframe. The color is just right not too white. So far the bed feels pretty sturdy, however the planks seem a little lightweight. I put the bed together by myself which was not easy but it can be done by just one person.
The bed came extremely well packaged.

Thank you for your review. Please let us address the point raised.
Due to the current VIC and NSW lockdowns, all freight carriers have been significantly impacted with sheer volumes of orders. In addition, all drivers are required to be tested every few days and this is also impacting staffing levels.
There are some dispatch and receiving depots across both VIC and NSW, that have experienced Covid positive cases, and those depots have had to close for deep cleaning and staff stood down. This is also adding to the already over capacity issues in the network. This is currently delaying our ability to dispatch to these depots.
Please bear with us and the carriers, as these are unprecedented times, and this is a global pandemic, and we are all working as hard and diligently as possible to fulfil all orders received. We also note that Hunter Express have contacted you as of yesterday to book in your delivery date.
All things considered, we believe that your review is not a true reflection of our service or our products, but a review of the carrier service, which has been severely impacted during these Covid lockdowns beyond anyone's control.

The mirror console table I ordered was…
The mirror console table I ordered was well-made, good quality, and very easy to assemble. Delivery was booked easily online. It came earlier than the hours scheduled (2-6pm), which was great, except I was in the middle of a work call when the delivery man buzzed.
He was very helpful to bring it up two flights of stairs with my help.

We have had bad experiences previously ordering things on line so I was very nervous ordering my bedroom suite. I can only say it was a pleasure doing business with this company. The good were delivered on time and beautifully packed so all arrived in one piece. The quality of the furniture was excellent so certainly I will be shopping with the Company again in the future. Everything concerning my order went as promised. Kept up to date with delivery details and times. Parcels arrived just when they said it would. I ordered two fragile pieces of furniture which was very well packaged. No damage or breakages and the two items were exactly as I imagined them to be.
