Thank you for your review.

We are disappointed that you have rated us so low, but we would like to address the points you have made.

The colour we advertise is a Pebble Grey. The images on the site match as closely as is possible the fabric colour. There will always potentially be some variance to images on devices compared to the naked eye, and even differences between different devices based on types of screens and settings etc.

The cartons have the colour Sherlock Nickel printed on them, however this is a grey finish product. As such we have advertised the product online as a grey finish fabric (what is printed on the carton has no bearing on this) As discussed on emails with you, all colours have different shades and tones, and there are many shades and tones of grey. This plush fabric is one of those shades and tones of grey.

You mentioned that the fabric is brown. It most certainly is not. We sent you an image of the fabric on a light Brown carpet, which clearly showed that the fabric was distinctly a shade of Grey. In other emails you also said that the fabric was "Dusty Pink" and "Taupe", none of which are the colour of the fabric.

It is unfortunate that the Grey of this bed does not match the existing Greys in your room, however, we cannot ensure that this will be the case with any purchase. The only way that this could have been known, would have been you to see the fabric in person prior to purchase. As we are an online supplier only, this is not possible. We sell our products at the lowest possible prices due to not having retail stores and associated overheads etc. A bed of this type and quality would be significantly more expensive to purchase from a retail outlet.

You did state in your emails that you thought the quality of the bed was high, and you liked the bed, but its just the colour isn't what you expected. We merely stated in our responses to your emails, that what you ordered is what we supplied you, and it was as per our description online.

In terms of service, we supplied you in a timely manner, and then responded to all your emails, and did not shy away or ignore them. We believe our service is not at fault here, the issue is that you are not happy with the product you have ordered, as the colour is not what you wanted it to be, but is as per we advertised it.

Thanks for your review. We are disappointed that you only rated us 3 stars, and would like to address the points raised.

Freight cost: The freight price charged is the carrier cost price. We make no money on freight, and it is a fully insured service. The freight price is shown in the cart prior to purchase, and customers can make a choice whether to proceed or not at that point. As such any purchase made, is made with full knowledge of all costs. We also note that you live in a Regional area (over 8 hours drive north from Brisbane) and freight costs are significantly higher to your area than to a Capital City.

Freight Service. We are not exactly sure of the issue here? However, your order was dispatched during NSW and VIC Covid lockdowns. Many depots across these states have had to close due to positive cases. This has greatly impacted all carrier networks, and in turn affected delivery service and delivery time frames.

We are delighted that you are happy with your products, and that you received them safely. We hope you continue to enjoy them for years to come.
