Exceptional Service thus far
Exceptional Service thus far. Purchased an expensive large mirror and when it arrived smashed to pieces via the courier. They promptly resend another one. Unfortunately this one was in the same condition. I am currently waiting for mirror number 3 at the moment to arrive via a new courier. Hopefully this one arrives safely. My-Furniture answer the phone promptly and email immediately which is really nice to see these days. A great service provided and obviously not there fault my mirrors have been damaged coming from Melbourne to Brisbane with all that handling along the way. I would have no hesitation in using My-Furniture again as they are extremely friendly and very professional. Cheers to a good Company in 2021.
