I have placed and order online with a retailer.
Was sent and email and text saying that my parcel was with my local Hermes deliverer, and that delivery would be between 2-6pm.
I made sure I was in between those times, had no delivery and checked the tracking on my parcel via the email they sent me, it said delivery has been attempted at 12.59pm!
This was out side of my time slot and to make it worse, I was in!
Really don't recommend Hermes, this isn't the first time it's happened and I'm sure it won't be the last, wouldn't give any stars if I was able too.

If I could award zero stars, I would. I ordered some clothing from an online retailer and there was a delay in the item being delivered because it had been left in a depot for several days. The seller contacted My Hermes and I was advised the parcel would arrive on 25th April 2018. It didn't. On the 25th April there was no delivery despite My Hermes claiming an attempted delivery was made. On 26th April 2018 delivery was scheduled for the afternoon but surprise, surprise, no delivery made. My advice when ordering goods online is to find out which courier firm will be making the delivery.

INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE. I've contacted their support 5 times now over the course of 3 weeks (about a parcel which was marked 'delivered' but never arrived ), and have NOT been contacted back ONCE. Also their help-line only serves to redirect you to their website (FAQ), so there is no way of resolving these issues directly over the phone.

Spoke to someone online arranged it for next day to be collected after 3pm as wasn't waiting in all day again. Looked online about 5pm. Attempted to collect at 12.30. Is that after 3pm? NO

Legal actions against MyHermes
They don't deserve not even a star! They are having fun of us, the costumers with losing parcels.
I kept all of my conversations with them and printscreen of the traking link's in order to take legal actions against them. I wont let this go away because they lost an expected parcel 360£ worth and I think that they are opening the parcels that have insurance over 100£ to see whether they keep it or not. Should I tell more about the employee that laugh when I asked him why they lost my parcel?
Does anyone of you kept their conversations with them and want to join me and my husband to take legal action?
They deserve this and I wont let it go until they will pay for this and for all of us fooled by their "amazing" services.

I am appalled by how this company has treated me! I paid for next day delivery on Saturday for all my things to come Sunday! i sat in my window looking at my front door all day until at 1:01pm I received and email stating a delivery was "attempted" but as there was no flat number they could not deliver the parcel (I dont even live in a flat) Because if this i contacted Myhermes live chat and was assured that it would be redelivered later that day and they also took my phone number so that the driver could contact me when they were near so i could help them find the property! I then again waited in the rest of the day until bed time sat in my window and guess what? NOTHING! No parcel, no phone call! squat! So this morning first thing at 8am I recontacted the MyHermes live chat and was then again reassured that it would be delivered later today. Hours pasted and thats right NOTHING! so again i got in touch with the MyHermes live chat again were "Senha" was rather rude! she then told me that in fact is not out for delivery today it is out for delivery tomorrow and that I should give her my phone number so she can pass it on to the courier! I then pointed out so "Senha" that I had already given my phone number twice and why would giving my phone a third time fix this situation, I was then informed that the courier "attempted" to deliver my parcel twice yesterday but there was no answer when I then told her this could not be as I was in the window and that I was not phoned if there was no answer as i had already given out my phone number twice before she changed her answer back to the parcel could not be delivered as there was no flat number (I repeat I dont not live in a flat I live in a house) She then tried to tell me that I in fact did live in a flat! Really? What a joke! How RUDE! When I then told her exactly were I lived and the fact I did not live in a flat at all she changed her excuse once again by saying the courier got confused and didnt understand that my house was 151 of my street (though it said this on the address on the parcel) What a great company! Their couriers dont even understand how UK addresses work FAB! after this I asked if i had already given instructions on how the courier could find my front door and my phone number to be passed onto the courier why did he not deliver it a second time! In which she replied none of the messages are guaranteed to reach the courier, In which I asked "so basically you cannot guarantee a delivery at all?" and in so many words she replied with "YES"! A delivery company that cant guarantee delivery again FAB!
I ended the chat as she stated that there is nothing more she could help me with so I re-gave my phone number and the instructions to help the courier locate my front door!
This company is beyond pathetic monkey's would do a better job at there customer service and their couriers dont actually understand how to read and locate a UK address! Literally pick any other company but this one because you may as well deliver your parcel on foot you'd be much quicker!
On another note when they respond to your reviews they give you a phone number that charges £3.60 a minute and they give you a email address for customer support that does not even exist! WHAT A JOKE!
Lost !!!!
Just received txt message stating my parcel has been delivered and signed for . But in reality no such delivery has been made . The txt stated that I myself had signed for receipt of the parcel. I am extremely disappointed as I have no idea where my parcel has been delivered to ,and more to the point if I will ever receive it !! . Surely the delivery driver checks who takes the parcels before leaving it with them ??????????. Totally unacceptable way to run a delivery service .
Liars and Unreliable
These guys are bare faced liars.
I was expecting a package on the Saturday.
So was sitting downstairs and waiting. Then i receive an notification on website saying they tried to deliver and i was not in.
This is a lie as i was right next to the door the whole time.
I am still awaiting my package and get another notification. This time it says 'Package delayed due to external factors.
I will not hold my breath as i don't know whether they are telling the truth or not.

MY HERMES IS AWFUL
They deserve no stars why do people still continue to use myhermes. They should be closed down. Once again I still have not received my parcel from my seller because the driver has lied and said he attempted delivery yesterday and no access which is compete balls..t as my parents were in all day. More like he could not be bothered to walk upstairs. When you try to contact their customer service. Surprise surprise you get someone on India who don't know sh.t from sugar and just seems to real off the same scripted sh.t and missing the point. So still not resolved and no nearer to getting the item. Harry potters owl hedwig could do a better job of delivery then these complete bunch of muppets. This is not the first problem I've had with my hermes it's the same every time. I also had a mobile phone I got from tesco mobile stolen by their driver and I had to go through the hassle of reporting it to the police and it being investigated it resolved for me in terms of not being charged but I never found out what happened to the thief driver bet he's still working there I wouldnt be surprised. My advise to all sellers do not use myhermes stick to royal mail. Save the sanity of us the buyer.
Trust the tsunami of bad reviews.
I had a bad feeling about this company from the start. Their drivers are paid a pittance and have no incentive to perform well. Same with the field managers.
Firstly dont fall for the generic response that this review will no doubt get. There is no human that you can speak to on any helpline, and the webchat is overseas. they cant help anyway as they know nothing. If they raise a case, bizarrely it take 28hrs before they look into it again.... they do not care and live in hope that the problem goes away. There is zero effort to resolve issues.
I’m pretty sure they've pinched a 4,500 bike. It was picked up from a bike store for delivery to me and never made it past the first courier. These bikes are no longer made. I’m livid. How do you lose track or misplace a massive box with a bike in it? Answer, you dont. Police are being involved if they dont have it for me tomorrow.
I’ve even offered to go get it myself, but they refuse to tell me where MY property is being held. This is unforgivable.
This firm are absolutly useless and they apparently pay their couriers slave wages and treat them like dirt.
I’ll never work with a firm that uses them again. Use DPD, they are excellent.

It's 20:43 and my next day delivery doesn't look like will get here today.
The customer service number simply hangs you up no matter what option you choose.
And looking at the other reviews it looks like I'd regret dealing with these people.
The thing is, I made a bigger mistake... buying from Sports Direct...
Their system is the same:
- If you call customer service number prepare to speak to a machine that will not help you but hang up your phone
- Hermes and Sports Direct simply works hard to get 1* reviews... They don't seem to even try to get 3*
I'm so disappointed that you pay for a next day delivery but you get your items whenever.

Placed order with Amazon thinking Amazon logistics would be sending it to me for next day delivery. Unfortunately this was not the case.
Firstly, my parcel did not arrive the next day as promised. Waited at the house all day keeping a close listen for the doorbell. 5pm came then I received a text stating 'We tried to deliver your parcel but but you were out! We will attempt delivery tomorrow'. Absolute rubbish and very frustrating!
I then attempted to look for a a telephone number to call Hermes to re-arrange delivery because I wasn't able to be at the house the following day. But...no Customer Service telephone number! Seriously, no telephone number. Instead is online chat. Ok, not a fan of online chat because it takes so long, but had no other option.
So I open online chat window and what a surprise, Customer Service is outsourced to India. I try to explain my situation to the representative, but all they can tell me is what I already know. If it's not on their screen, they can't help me! Apparently it's my fault for not being in when they tried to deliver the parcel!

This is the worst service I ever experienced. I had to re book a pick up 4 times, as of now, and I don't even know if my parcel will be picked up. I asked for a refund and was told that pick ups and deliveries are not guaranteed. What is the point of paying for a service if they cannot even guarantee it is going to happen?
