MY Hermes 

Everytime that I order something and Hermes is doing the delivery is a nightmare. I have lost count of how many times they pretended a delivery attempt on the tracking number but actually no one has tried to delivery anything.
They are so unreliable and I wish I never work with them again.

Why do companies use this delivery company? I can only presume they must be cheap.... which explains their absolutely awful service. They try to deliver at the same time everyday, even though people are at work. No way of contacting them to arrange another day. They try 3 times at exactly the same time then send back the goods. Thanks for nothing. I now ask every company I order from what company they use to deliver their goods. If they say Hermes I do not order goods from them.

The drivers are lazy they do not even ring my door bell. 4 deliveries I’ve had from Hermes in the past and they have never successfully delivered on the day I paid for it to be delivered every time. One time I sat in my house whilst they apparently made a delivery attempt and did not hear door bell ring whatsoever. Yesterday 19th March 2018 I made an order for it to be delivered next day which is 20th March 2018 and I left a big sign outside my front door to say deliver to neighbours either side of address and after contacting customer service online they said they had restricted access to my address which is clearly written on big white paper on a black door. If they had read the BIG note they would of delivered my item to my neighbour. Lazy disgusting service never want to have delivery with them again.

Oh my god. How can this company prosper I don't know.......

I have ordered something for my wife with delivery to be today (19/03/18) and reference number is 0/2173/783/800/04. They use a company called Hermes Parcel force which has drivers who has no idea how to find a simple location or very lazy to deliver goods on time. I was expecting this delivery to my office which is shop front on high street with a large sign, it is not possible to miss it. The office opens from 9 - 6 pm and there is always few people here. However, Hermes claims they have attempted to deliver but could not locate or find it. I could not speak to anyone. I am so upset with HERMES and ZARA who is using this company who has no idea about delivery... I wish no one using Hermes so we can have deliveries on time.

Been tracking my parcel fro ebay for just under a week. Was told parcel has been damaged and they will not deliver it to me. Need to contact seller how can I proof parcel has been damaged in order to get my money back?

We have had two parcels to be delivered to our home address in the last month and both have "gone missing " . Absolutely rubbish company and customer service.

Hermes seem to be the authors of their own problems. I get a lot of deliveries and only one company consistently gives me problems: Hermes. Be it 'attempted deliveries' that clearly were not attempted (this happens almost every time), difficulties in tracking parcels, or just being difficult to contact, I dread finding out that a parcel has been shipped by Hermes because it will almost always involve some sort of uncertainty or hassle. Thankfully, most firms do not use Hermes.

Rubbish that’s all I can say it stated delivery between 9am - 11am the driver came forgot the parcel what an fool I watched them out the window then I checked again about the status of the parcel and was told must contact the seller ,I’m thinking then am I being scammed ,then checked the status again delivery for the next day what a joke where’s the delivery drivers why they all driving cars not professional at all never use these so cheaply done

Hermes are the worst company ever i waited in all wednesday for my parcel they never knocked on and left a card straight away i spoke on web chat to tell them and asked for it to be redelivered but they wouldnt and i asked if it was to be delivered the next day to leave with neighbour and they just left a card again. Hermes are not professional at all.

Ordered 2 items by 2 different companies, my heart sank when I received an email saying Hermes would be delivering them. Tracking says they were both delivered yesterday morning, one saying it was signed for and the other saying it was delivered through my letterbox but nothing here. This is the 2nd time this has happened, the time before I contacted them via online chat and they accused me of being wrong and that the parcel was delivered when it wasn’t. Said they would be in contact with me within 72 hours but didn’t hear from them. Had my parcel redelivered by what looked like a grandmother and her 2 grandchildren whoever they were?! Currently speaking to them on online chat but my conversation for some unknown reason has been terminated. Extremely frustrated!!!!! Terrible service as always.

Absolutely abysmal. How on earth this outfit manages to stay in business is a mystery. There should be a licensing system for courier services. If there were, this crap company would have folded a long time ago

Parcel due for delivery today,I'm temporary disabled ,sticker on the door ," give me a extra minute to get to door ,nope they didn't even ring the door bell but they had time to search the garden for a box to put parcel underneath and jam against door ,yes jam against a door that opens out the way.
When done I'm now trapped in the house every time I tried to open door ,door wedged shut,never thought I'd have to phone a friend to get me out of house ,total ejits ,cctv great investment to capture ejits
Tel Hermes to complain and they said did you get your parcel ,Yes well what you complaining about then ,I'm too busy for this bye.....not even worth a star......

Paid for 48hrs delivery. 72hrs later half the package arrived. Total delivery was 1week later. The customer service lied to me at what time the package was picked up all they are concerned about is it was delivered.
Don't seem to understand I waited in the house for 5 days for delivery and I paid for 48hrs delivery.
I have no success in lodging a complaint there answer is to use a different courier service. Unfortunately the seller used Hermes I didn't have any choice.
If I could have given a zero I would. Customer service does not exist with this company

Pathetic services!!!!!. Apparently driver made 3 attempts to deliver my order purchased from ebay. I checked the CCTV and driver never even turn up. On 3rd day of their so called attempt, parcel was delivered but not to me . Look like driver signed it himself.

Should blacklist them from the system

Tracking says parcel was signed for at my address by myself. I was at work at the time of alleged ‘delivery’, signature is nothing like mine more like a child’s wrote it. Live chat queue was 188 finally got through to someone who couldn’t help as they just keep saying I must have signed for it, basically saying I’m lying.

The very worst! This wasn't the only time I had a bad experience with them, I'd say every time I've had a home delivery they have messed it up. At pick up places one parcel went missing for about a month. Had a courier who was abusive and messed up my deliveries. 3 days later and still awaiting for a reply about my complaint. Their chat service is useless. Don't expect anything they say to happen. I was promised a call within 4 hours about complaint today, didnt happen, then promised same again, I won't hold my breath. No reply at all to my email. Alot of the time couriers also say they have tried to deliver, even if you've been in all day and they don't. My courier actually called my intercom on my flat but didn't come up when i let him in, he just went because he couldn't be bothered. If at all possible try to never use Hermes. Their customer service is also non-existent and they will fob you off and never do as they promise.

Hate the fact i have to give these guys a 1 star.

Promised myself id never use them again, unfortunately i fell for the fact they are a couple of £ cheaper. 3 days after it being booked in its still not picked up yet. By far the worst company i have ever used for anything.

Adament this time is the last straw

parcel 9010572765117038 was never delivered. The courier forged my signature (it looks nothing like anyone's signature). Hermes say they have asked the courier and he assures them it was delivered. That is not proof of receipt - the signature is. This company is quite happy for their employees to break the law and are completely indifferent to anmy complaints

This has to be the worst courier company in the UK. When attempting to deliver a drill I purchased with Aldi online they lost the order at their warehouse and Aldi sent out another via DPD (which was received with no issue) and now I've placed an order with John Lewis they've lost that at their warehouse too (JL have arranged for a replacement to be sent by DPD). I have had issues with delayed delivery with other couriers but I don't recall anything going missing, but the number of items that go missing at Hermes is unbelievable!!!
