Awful experience. Ordered a pair of Birkenstocks for my son. Two sizes too small at least. Said that returning would be too expensive. Offered 10% refund and 15% off next order. Also, took over a month to receive the shoes. Definitely a knock off brand.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS!!!We ordered a pair of Birkenstock Boston clogs in size 41 Euro. When they arrived they came without a box, with Chinese on the labeling...not so Cheap knockoffs..They were WAY too small, like size 38 Euro. When I tried to get a replacement, they said it was too expensive to return and instead offered a 10% discount on shoes that don't even fit! If I ordered a second pair, they'd give me 15% off...ARE THEY KIDDING?!?! They couldn't even get the first order correct.

Was worried it was a scam site and that my order was not going to make it in time for Christmas but got an email notifying me of my order shipped and came in before Christmas I was happy and so was my son for Christmas will definitely shops this this site agin.

I ordered shoes for my son for Christmas. They took a long time to arrive, so I'm glad I ordered them very early. Once opened and tried on, the shoes were too short. And honestly seemed cheaply made. So I requested an exchange. I was asked to take pictures of the shoes not fitting. How rude! And also asked if I used the size chart.? Well most shoes are labeled and sized correctly. But yes I did. Then I was told the return process would be very long and tedious. And also a $30 fee. So. In the end, they gave me 25% refund and a 20% discount. I don't want to buy more shoes through this company. And yay I get to keep shoes that don't fit. Will donate to the local shelter.

This place is a SCAM. We received fake Birkenstocks and no way to refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Item I ordered was different than advertised. When I tried to return it I was never able to contact customer service. There was literally no link at all for returns.

My shoes were fakes. They smelled like chemicals and were clearly not real leather. No wonder I felt like I was getting a good deal. I should have known. Don't fall for this website.

The messenger bag that is being sold on the website is a lie. On the website it shows a messenger bag that is supposed to be 100% genuine leather. The bag I received is not leather, it’s made out of vinyl. As soon as I hooked the straps on the bag, the hooks immediately broke because they are made of plastic and not real metal. This is such a cheaply made product and not worth the $53.95 that I paid for it. If I could give this 0 stars I would. This was a complete waste of my hard earned money. DO NOT BUY THIS MESSENGER BAG, IT IS A FRAUD!

Terrible. This company ships out of China and sells knock offs. Their customer support is terrible and unhelpful. There is no order tracking since they ship directly out of China.

Ordered on 12/12 with 3-5 standard shipping and my Christmas gift is still not here. I reached out to their support twice and I only get automated messages.

everything went wrong. myhusband ordered shoes that were a size bigger than what he usually purchases and they don't fit. we requested our money back and they only want to give us 20%. we said no. They ask about five times the same question, always saying that they have not heard from us. something is very wrong, Either they don't care or they don't understand english.
We need all our money back.

The shoe ended up being Birkenstock knock offs that were a size smaller than what they were marked as. We I tried to get a refund it ended up being a bidding war. 1st take 15% and keep the shoes, finally got to 55% refund and keep the shoes or pay to have them shipped back to China. It will be interesting if I actually get at least 55% refund.

This company sells knockoff Birkenstocks. The size I purchased should have fit, based on other Birkenstock purchases- but they are very small. Obviously not legitimate. The company is clearly shipping from overseas, as they said it would be VERY EXPENSIVE to return them and offered me a 10% refund. Do not buy from them.

The website said true to size my daughter shoes were ordered in a size 10 and fit a size 8 foot.. that is a two shoe size difference..

Terrible. They tried to bargain with me on returning an item. Would never order again from this site.

These were the cheapest shoes I’ve ever seen. The leather felt and looked like leather colored cardboard.
100% piece of junk.
Soles were made of some slippery plastic.
I purchased these knowing that they came from china, so my expectations were low. The shoes didn’t even meet those low expectations.
I ended up tossing them in the trash as the cost to return to china was not worth the effort.

Sent wrong size 2 different time. The boots are cheaply made.
