I’ve been a customer for a few years now. And I really enjoy shopping with them.
The website is really easy to navigate and there’s always something new to try.
Whether you like floral scents, fruity, fresh or even the new Oud type there’s something for everyone.
Everything is such good value for money and their customer service is excellent. I never have to wait very long for my parcels to arrive.
Everything I’ve bought has been securely packed into big bags to prevent any leaks. And there’s plenty of packing so the products are not damaged.
I find Fabulosa products to be of good quality and combined with the beautiful scents, leave your home smelling great.
My favourite thing to buy is the concentrated disinfectant. It’s so versatile.

I was given regular updates on when to expect my order there was an item missing from the bundle the communication was good when I made the company aware of this & they sent me a full bundle free of charge!!

Amazing bundles leave your home clean and smelling amazing

I absolutely love Fabulosa's products, I recently bought the pet bundle and the smell is amazing, all the products work very well and they do keep unwanted smells away

I didn’t receive my order. I was sent an email saying it was undeliverable, clicked on it and it was delivered to somewhere that was definitely like where I live. No money back!!!! Shame really as I used to buy their products from Poundland.

Disgusting service ordered x3 lots of a bundle set when they arrived one was completely soaked through they had not secured any of the lids at all so of cause they tipped and spilled but showing them the photo and video evidence from the soaking wet boxes and the liquid floating about in the bag that was in the box, their not bothered palmed it off as responsibility of tiktok when its incorrect as they are the seller and is their responsibility, but have refused any help, wont be ordering again and have also logged this with consumer rights/trading standards as fabulosa clearly don't know their online buying laws as they should do. Avoid unless u want ur products spilled all over and want to pay for that privilege of it, the date of experienced was actually 26/06/26 when they arrives in a state but ive put today date as thats when the vulgar fabulosa contacted me back.

Great products at a great price however the delivery was late so contacted customer services to chase up, it took them a week to respond in that time the order was delivered, hence the 4 stars

My orders arrived very quickly but a bit disappointed with the toilet rolls they’re very small and thin definitely not 3ply

The 1 star is for the items which always smell good, however time and time again I have to wait a long time to receive my orders. Every order I have ever placed with them is always extremely slow in shipping. Customer service response is also extremely slow and usually respond after the problem has been sorted.

I buy Fabulosa bundles off tiktok and when I say they are amazing it is not an exaggeration. The power of the cleaners, the scents, the effectiveness of the fresheners is off the scale. I won’t buy anything else now for my household cleaning and freshness

Update : a terrible first response from the customers offering absolutely no information as to when my order will even be sent!!

Scammers I’m starting to think steal your money and supply any goods - the site says free next day delivery if you spend over £25 which I did and still not even sent! Or responded to questions or answered the phone 😡

Don’t answer emails and phone just goes to voicemail!!!

They are only down the road from me I’ll ending driving down to see them!!! Absolutely fuming!!

Disgusted I ordered almost a week ago and they still haven’t dispatched my products

Iv emailed them but no response I just want an immediate refund now as I’m disgusted with the service they take your money hold onto it and don’t send the items and don’t reply to your complaints appalling service!!
