I booked through Wowcher a deal with MyHolidayTravel.co.uk and cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this company. I accidently put in my married name onto the booking form which caused me concern as the plane tickets would not match my passport. After emailing the company on a Sunday morning a lovely lady called Donna gave me a call and was so helpful and efficient. She sorted everything out straight away and was so calm and reassuring my anxieties disappeared. She also managed to sort my transfers and a room upgrade without any problem. Everything was sorted straight away. I will definitely use this company in the future and hope that this company realizes what an asset Donna is to them. I cannot thank her enough. Excellent service! 11/10!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stay away, yes it's cheap but you will get what you pay for.

Scam. Really bad. Im living in finland and the company had showed me 72euroes for the ticket but it deducted me 108.81. Totally scam. I would not recommend this to anyone. Customer contact phone could not be contacted

Major bugbear is getting ripped off and this company seem to have it down to a tee.

Phoned through to make a booking after checking numerous All was fine until I asked the Rep about different flights as I knew they were booking through EasyJet had the webpage open and asked for 'more convenient' flights which on the EasyJet website were priced lower than those originally offered - No strangely the price went up £100 and was told it was because the hotel was in great demand(what a load of rubbish) he then told me that the board basis was showing as All Inclusive 'light' and if I wanted 'All Inclusive' I'd have to pay extra - agreed on the principle that I just needed a holiday!!!! And they tried to get me to take the Airport Transfer £45 per person each (thankfully I was one step ahead) and knew this was a rip off booked with the same company they used for £30 All in for 2 return

Checked after booking as it didn't feel right phoned up again to get a different Rep to be give a totally different price - again they said it was down to availability

Phoned and spoke with Customer Service who seem to have a stock response and take ages to respond - contacted Hotel direct and they confirmed that they only have 'All Inclusive' and there is no other option - still waiting for an adequate response as to why I had to pay extra for something that was already included

I have given myholiday adequate time to resolve this and also advised them that I would be highlighting their practices which seem extremely underhand!

not at all as explained for someone who as difficulty walking as was explained to you .not an enjoyable experience at all , will not be booking again.

Just got back from 5day break in Majorca. All documents emailed fine,really helpful,great price,will use again without a doubt. Thanks to Jordan who was great to sort out holiday with.Highly recommend these guys.

Everything was booked on line including our sight seeing tickets. No fuss or bother at any point and we had a great break in Amsterdam
