Very bad
The first review I put up was a good one due to the thought I was getting a good deal I WAS WRONG there was no gift waiting in the room & OMG the smell of the room was disgusting smell of dampness uncleanness we was sopost to be in a resort not a prison camp we booked the MLL PALMA RESORT CLUB HOTEL AI ARENAL but was put into block of flats across the road that was sopost to look like a hotel the staff was very rude & unhelpful we had to complain 3 times before they would move us to another room then when I rang ( mytravel.com) all is they said was contact customer service I do not recommend this company or the hotel resort (if that's what they call a resort) I HUGLY WARN ANYONE that for the sake of a extra £50 it's worth going to a proper firm

We had payed our deposite and then we had 3 separate phone calls, each one stating that the price had changed and the date we had to pay the rest of our money by had also changed, and then if we wanted to cancel because of this, we would lose all our deposite! This is not acceptable! Once money has been payed and a price has been quoted, it should not change! We had no choice other than to accept this and have to pay more and pay it quicker than you told us! Be honest with people about prices and dates before u take money from them!
