Unfair Rating Rectified within 24 hours
Was given an unfair rating by our letting agency. They stated they couldn't give a proper review as they've not come for an inspection yet, but that our rent is paid up to date. Then they gave us 1 star reviews for everything, including financial stability. Ilayda was wonderful in getting it rectified in only a day, so I'm really appreciative!
