Missing some abilities with the Web-Interface
- Missing the ability to switch between country stores: DE, AT, CH, FR
- Missing customer login for address, payment methods, history, favorites, documentation, ...
- Would prefer more search and filter capabilities

The delivery time for this order was too long and the goods were needed as quickly as possible and would have to wait about 10 days.
Not customer friendly..
I had placed another order and after about 2 weeks the goods were defective, I contacted you by email and got a repair number, everything was ok..
but I sent the goods TWICE and it always came back, the address was unknown...
Now that I have disposed of the goods, I have no more patience and this is the last time I will order something from you

Think before you order anything from them
The wrong product was sent. I sent the package to the address provided on the RMA form for return twice and the post office sent it back twice because they couldn't find the company. They said they would refund the shipping costs if I sent them the invoices - as if someone kept the invoices from the post office.
Another product I bought had a description that the courier would deliver 2-3 days. It turned out that it was 7-9 days when delivered from Denmark.
Think before you order anything from them.

Tracking number
The goods delivered are what I ordered and function well. The delivery was taking a long time, so I asked for the tracking number. I was then told that my goods had been shipped on 10th and if I didn’t receive them by 24th, I should contact them again. Not acceptable. I wrote back and said that Swiss Post does not require 14 days for delivery, could I please have the tracking number. I was then told that my parcel should arrive within the next couple of days??? Which it did. Made me wonder if it had actually been shipped from Switzerland as they said. But in the end, I got what I ordered and I am satisfied. Would order there again.

Scam website who charges high swiss post local delivery fee and then order for you from China!
This website who claims to be based in Switzerland charfes amost 7chf delivery fee and the product is still ordered from china...i would be better off to buy directly from china via portals like temu or aliexpress.
