Worked very well for me!
Lots and lots of bad reviews for this shop. I needed a specific product from them and I decided to give them a chance. The price and availability was a major decision factor and they were very good on this aspect. I placed my order and I got the (right) goods quickly. Everything was well packed, every original packaging was included. The goods were genuine and brand new. The order was 100% correct and I didn't get taxed (note that your product will come from Germany).
All in all it was a risky bet and it was worth it. They gained my trust and I hope some will change their mind too about this shop. I don't know if I was very lucky or if they improved a lot.
EDIT: they sell away your email to spam networks, such a practice is dishonest and plain wrong 5 stars ➡ 2 stars

This is my second time to use Trendyphone. I have no problems, ordered Friday, received Wednesday. Paid less than half the price of Galaxus.

Full transparency and immediate support
Good support is what matters. They had trouble sourcing my item (not their fault, other suppliers are apparently having problems too). They notified me immediately, they made it as easy as possible to let them know what I wanted, and when I asked to cancel the order it was done within 15 minutes with complete clarity. Pity about the supply glitch but this is exactly how trustworthy companies behave.
