I've bought many cars over the years from different dealers, but the service I received here at the Bridgend branch made me decide that when I do wish to trade in this one in, they'll be my first go-to. From the start of test driving 4 cars/ discussing suitable options within my budget, and trading in my current car, the whole team were kind, patient, and offered us tea & coffee every visit and a full talk-through of the car on collection day. Highly recommend!

Not pushy sales on the motability and very helpful on collection but there was a lack of comunication in the run up to collection that required me to call several times to try and confirm collection time and if the vehicle was ready

I was interested but not sure. The salesman helped me understand the difference between the vehicles, the costs and what was the best option for me. He even searched to find a car with some mileage rather than a new car to best fit what I was looking for. I found the experience good, helpful and avoided the need for lots of searching

From the time we entered the car sales we were quite pleased, we were left to look around at the cars that we wanted to see with no pressure from the staff they did approach us a couple of times asking if we were okay and then told if we needed anything just to look for someone and there was plenty around, when we decided that we needed some help we found Craig and he was very helpful and honest made sure he answered all our questions and gave us some good advice he really made our decision easy and our visit pleasurable
