Recently went into Cardiff branch and want to give a shout out in general to the customer service at Nathaniel and particularly to Shane who was extremely helpful. I was due a refund and this was arranged and completed the same day . Fab service all round .

I have to say the service Elliot provided was above and beyond, it really was a pleasant experience, he was totally down to earth yet professional, after initial enquiry on the first visit, I came away after a test drive literally buzzing! having never driven an automatic previous.
With Elliots help, the car insurance was also sorted, due to my old insurance company letting me down.
