I just started using NBC
I just started using NBC. We used Square for ever. Never had an issue. Thought NBC would be better. 3 of my customers made charges. 1 for 320.00. Went through no problem. 2nd Charge was for 2500.00 and 3rd charge was for 17,850.00. NBC said they went over some limit now my company is out over 20,000.00.
They said it may be up to 180 days before my customers get refunded.
We have a tractor trailer driving school. This money is their tuition. We can't start their classes untill we get paid. Now our customers are stuck and need these drivers for their business. Who does that? These people are a joke. I tried to email the lady that set us up. The return email says she won't be back till the 24th.
Beware. This is no joke. I contacted our Lawyer today. Have a meeting with him Monday. I would've rated zero but there is not one. All I asked was for them to refund our customers so we can go back to Square
