Our merchant account was placed under…
Our merchant account was placed on hold and all payouts were suspended without any prior notification or explanation.
Yesterday, I called National Bancard customer support twice. During both calls, I was informed that our account had been placed into a risk review. However, I was also told that no risk review analyst had yet been assigned to our case and that we would need to wait 24–48 hours for an analyst to be assigned.
Both customer support representatives said they would email me the case ID, but I have still not received any email. As a result, I don't even know what my case number is or how to track the status of the review.
At this time, we have not been informed of the reason for the hold or whether any documentation is required from our side. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating, especially with our payouts being withheld.
I respectfully request that National Bancard assign a risk review analyst as soon as possible, provide our case ID, explain the reason for the review, and let us know immediately if any documents are needed so this matter can be resolved promptly
