My daughter stayed in NIDO during academic year 2020/21 and she has just renewed the contract to stay for another academic year. I think that this expresses our overall satisfaction with the accommodation service.
It was a terrible academic year 2020/21 for Cambridge students because of COVID. But she managed to stay in Cambridge thanks to NIDO Castle Hill. Even during hardest COVID times, when she had minor maintenance issues, NIDO team responded immediately to resolve any problem.
And especially, we need to express our appreciation for the support, availability and professionalism of Donna. It is thanks to her that this is place is a notch above other similar accommodation services in Cambridge and that we renewed for another year.

It is an excellent experience in Nido Haigh Court with the help of Abby, Lee and Peter this year. My roommate and I cherish our time in this apartment and share our feelings with our friends. Peter fixed many items in my room, such as faucet, door, heater and toilet… Besides, Abby always answered our questions patiently and solved so many problems. With Lee and Abby’s help, I recommend some of my friends to book this apartment as well. If it is possible, I hope I can stay with nido haigh court again in the future.

Had the best year living at nido heritage court liverpool! The staff are so friendly, they make the effort to get to know you and remember your name! even received a covid care package delivered to our door whilst isolating. A massive thankyou to Lee, Abby and Peter.

I have spent three years in St James. It is such a wonderful and warm place that feels like home. The stuff are so friendly and have such a positive vibe that gives the place a unique spirit. Huge thanks to the people that make my stay in St James so special.

It was my first time studying in UK to be honest I was a bit nervous but seeing a friendly & welcoming face at reception and a very helpful and supportive flatmate had made my journey easy and smooth. I have been to many accommodations for a get-together but Nido has a perfect layout a cozy room and a modern kitchen. The facility provided such as gym, gaming area, cinema room are top-notch.
For all the first timer in Glasgow, I will highly recommend you to stay in Nido

It is the best Student Accommodation I have ever lived. With extremely nice staffs and excellent services, the flat is good for Strathclyde not only for location but also for the quality. The reply to all our requirement is always fast and efficient. Recommend to every student seeking accommodation around Strathclyde and Caledonian.

Profoundly appreciate the support from Miss. Chaplin, the manager of the Malthouse Bristol who reply all the questions these whole week and manage to solve all our problems instantly, and Miss. Hill, the marketing commissioner who responsed very quickly on IG and provide lots of significant information to me. I live here for my study. As an International student, every staff member here are very kind, warm and friendly. I really appreciate that they help me a lot. And I feel living in this apartment is a perfect choice.

I’ve loved my time at Nido, I’ve rebooked every year for 3 years. Its a bit more expensive than a house but it’s worth it. You know what your getting, super easy cos there’s no bills, WiFi sorted, and I really like the extra spaces you get like the study and movie room. Would recommend!

I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with what has been going on at the Haymarket residence in Edinburgh. The building has been turned into a construction site and the works have been beyond disruptive. This happens at a time, that as a student accommodation provider, they should have been well aware that it is the spring exam period for most if not all students. The works have caused disruption to the exam preparation but also will cause disruption to the actual exam sitting next week if they do not pause them (as this year the exams are taken at home). Students decide to stay at such accommodation for the sole purpose of attending a course and the 'specialist' nature of this accommodation should have reassured that no disruption is caused at such important time for the residents as the exams period. Can Nido please respond explaining the following 1. Why works are being carried out now during our exams and not at any other time of the year (please do not refer to covid as construction works never stopped and same social distancing measures apply), 2. why although it is clear in your emails that you were well aware in advance that these works would be carried out during this year, prospective tenants weren't informed and 3. will you be kind enough to pause the works until the exam period is over?
PS the employees at the residence are brilliant, exceptional and kind people that go beyond and above, however, the management is absolutely incompetent. Thumbs up for Richard, the hard working maintenance technician, he has gone beyond and above for all of us!

I live in the Haymarket Student Accomodation Edinburgh and from the manager to the maintainable staff everyone is so supportive and friendly..They are so patient in listening to any queries. may it be regarding payments,stay etc. I was really satisfied with my stay in this Accomodation and got to meet many wonderful friends.

Nido Student Hall in Cambridge has clean and tidy accommodation, a very welcoming staff, and offers super prompt services. Special shoutout to the General Manager, Donna White. I had to leave for my hometown during the midterm due to an unforeseen event. It was a very difficult time since all my belongings were back at Nido. Donna, however, ensured that everything was taken care of. She was very considerate to coordinate with the management and support me in every way possible.

I have been living at Nido since September, I have a classic Studio.

This has been a good experience overall: although the rooms are just a little overpriced, the friendly staff, residents, and the charming area all made my stay enjoyable.

If you are a 1st year student and you’re looking to meet new people and other students, I would really recommend Nido West Hampstead.

Throughout the months here I have sympathized with the different members of the staff; Kevin, Sarah, Becky, Izzy, Marc and many more... they really try their best to make you feel safe and at home. You really feel like you are part of a friendly community, it is nice to have that while being away from home. There are also useful facilities included like the gym, laundry room, cinema room...

To be honest I had small quarrels with the maintenance and the reception every now and then but it always worked out in the end.

All of the residents have socialized with Sarah, she is lovely and is always helping the residents. She’s very charming and welcoming.

Overall, I am honest when I say that I will miss this place I called home for 10 months. It has been a good experience.

Very organised layouts, quite spacious compared to other accommodations although a bit more expensive.

The staff is great, laundry service is chargeable which is a bummer but overall great amenities. Definitely recommend if you’re studying at Strathclyde, Caledonian or city college.

modern accommodation has a great location its really close to Strathclyde university and the city center about 10 min walk the prices quite good the staff are friendly and helpful

Been here living 5 months. Love it. The place is fancy with all amenities. The reception is nice and helpful. Kudos jamie. Even in lockdown it was fun hanging around the accomodation! Highly recommended.
