I was at home

I was at home, waiting for the package to come and I received a notification that the courier came en he says I wasn’t at home. I WAS!! I’ve been waiting and waiting for so long. For days I can’t no more I’ve been stressed out because of this. I tried to email you, text you and even called and nothing works….shein doesn’t help either. I WANT MY PACKAGE NOW! I’ve been waiting for weeks!!!! Or I will have to take other measures like court.

Dont shop there

Dont shop there! Temu is much better and customer friendly. Each item has different return policy and now I cant return a necklace! Even highend jewelry can be returned, this cheap 3eur necklace is not possible 🤬Customer service is unacceptable

There is a thief

We deleted the app as a family.
I bought the one I liked in the order I placed and sent the others back. They said they did not accept returns even though the postal company had a return document.

They told me to take care of it with the postal company. When I asked the postal company, they said that Shein should take care of it. When I objected and did not refund the fee for the 140€ product I sent, they said the file was closed. In other words, what these evil big companies say happens, we are being deceived.

So my advice; unfortunately it is difficult, but do not shop from here, and if you do, definitely do not order too much product. Do not trust.

Even 1 star is too much

Even 1 star is too much. Contacted Shein for 4 months with paragraphs long mails because my order literally never arrived at MY adress. It got delived at my neighbor, I tried picking it up but a few days later she gave it back to the delivery guy. My package literally VANISHED, I’ve never seen it or received it and even the delivery company said it’s Shein’s responsibility to mark the order missing before steps can even be made. Unfortunately Shein never ever took this case serious and reply’s that it ‘has arrived’(while it’s a different adress). No responsibility has been taken from Shein to help me at all. Not even did I ask my money back as long as they would send the order again, but sad to say the way they deal with customers is terrible and they robbed my money (54,- to be exact). SCAMMERS WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY, NOT EVEN HANDLE CASES PROPERLY AND WORTHLESS SO CALLED ‘CUSTOMERS SERVICE’

ik heb een paar keer bij Shein aangemeld dat me pakket te laat is gekomen en heel duidelijk gemaakt over de reden van de klacht maar elke keer kreeg ik geen juiste aantwoord of resturatie. dit is de klacht, Complaint and Request for Compensation Good morning, I kindly request that you read my story in its entirety, so you can understand my feelings and experiences. Due to my recent **negative experiences** with Budbee and the Shein supplier, I have no desire to empty my shopping cart in the Shein app and proceed to checkout. I have a large order left in my cart. I am asking for **compensation** for the full amount. Here is my story: I had to contact the Budbee delivery person multiple times via phone, chat, and messages. I had to chase after my package. Ultimately, my package was delivered too late, and I no longer needed it because I required it for my vacation. The delivery date was scheduled between **August 12 and 14**. I received various updates from Budbee indicating that my package would be delivered at a certain time, but each time the delivery date changed. I expected my package on Friday afternoon, **August 9**, but it was pushed to **August 10**, then **11, 12, 13**, and ultimately it was only delivered on **August 16 or 17**. This was too late, as I was on vacation at that time. I had to buy my necessary items from the store, which incurred additional costs. The items from Shein were no longer needed for my vacation; I had to go get a hat and clothes. I also contacted Budbee's customer service multiple times. Each time, I received an update, but no actual delivery. During my last contact, they stated that the delivery person could not find my package. I want to file a **complaint** because I find this situation very frustrating. I had to go to the store myself and chase after my package, even following the delivery van to speak with the driver about my package. I did everything I could to receive my order on time for my vacation, but this did not succeed. I was very disappointed and had to hurriedly get the necessary items again. I felt frustrated and let down; this was a very poor experience with Budbee. Therefore, I request **compensation** and apologies from both Shein and Budbee

90% of products are of bad quality, I had unexpected postage costs and on top of it all, I just got a letter from DHL for an additional Eur 46,64 Vat and extra charges....don't order from them.

Shein is a SCAM!

It was my first order to Shein. I purchased a beautifully white dress for an event and I received a totally different dress, made of plastic, big size and ugly design. The only common thing is the colour. The item has no label. The package had no sender name, nor address. On top of it, I never received an order confirmation by email, but my account was charged by the company SHEIN.
I could not find a logical way to return the product and never expected that such Scam can be possible in the Netherlands.

Missing items

2pcs canvas poster size 50/70 did not come with package! I contacted the customer service,they said there is no missing items! How can you say that, when it’s not true the posters didn’t come with Bagage if they go check page of the poster they will see it out of stock I think this is the reason why they didn’t send it! Very bad service and bad communication

Do not order from them, their products are incredibly bad, quality is the worst! Ordered party decorations and something was wrong with every single item, balloons were all pierced! Do not buy from them!

What an awful amateur company

I ordered stuff for 100 euros from Shein. Tracking says it was delivered although it wasn't. I checked with neighbours- no one has it, called post nl, and they told me Shein as a seller needs to open the case with post.nl to investigate. Only way to "contact" Shein customer service is via their chatbot. After a while I am offered to "speak with agent"- which only opens a widnow where i can write my problem and open case with them. In order to do so I need to select order and shipment number, and write what happened. But the window with selecting shipment number doesnt work, it says "not possible to select shipment". I tried both on phone app and computer, it's the same, bug, not working. So now I can't get in touch with anyone in Shein, there is no phone to call, post nl employee stole (again) my package, and there is nothing I can do. It is so frustrating there is no possibility to get in touch with customer service in Shein. This is the LAST TIME I will ever order anything from that amateur company.

Scam

I order years from shein and a lot of time there where items missing or wrong. My last order was a disaster. They send wrong items, half items and also items that I never received. They never helped me out. I had to pay for everything and they stopped replying on my emails. Big big scam

They don't refund money I…

I am an old customer with shein so I was tryst them
But my last order was 12 articles cost 130 euro , I return 6 pieces but they didnt refund my money its 68,- euro its now 1 month left they didnt pay me back.
So be careful from shein.nl they are not honest.

Scammers! Suddenly charging AND DOUBLING a handling fee?!

I used to love to shop from Shein, but now they're being outrageous. I have to pay a €49 handling fee while this wasn't even mentioned that obvious during the payment. AND if I look at their example of how high their handling fee costs actually are it says €25 instead of €49?! They just charged me almost double of the €25.. insane!!!

It's terrible

It's terrible! I am waiting for my 329 euros for over 7 weeks now! I expected 3 packages at the beginning of September. All 3 were delivered around the same time, according to the shipping company. This is not right! I did not receive anything. It was probably put on my doorstep (as has happened before). Anyone could have taken it. Or they lost it. Now Shein has refunded me my money for only one order out of 3. So they know something went wrong otherwise they wouldn't refund the money for one order anyway? But what about the money from the other two orders?? The other 2 I have to pay myself while I never received all 3 and they had to be delivered at the same time. This is not logical is it? Ridiculous! They are insured for this! And if not, they have to choose another transport company that won't make a mess! SHEIN I still expect my 329 euros from you!!!

Been waiting for the second half of my…

Been waiting for the second half of my package now for over two weeks. Has been sitting in a facility in The Netherlands for days and I have 45 days to return for free. Trash. Don’t buy from them. Customer service said they would speed up the process and yet I’m still waiting.

Retourn guarantee fee

Hi, i want to cancel the retourn guarantee from my order, please!
The option of retourn guarantee is already marked as “yes” when you buy something, ir should be something that we decide if want and then add. But in the app it is already added and you need to undo manually, if you forget it by mistake, you will be charged! It shouldnt be there. It is not fair! I want that 1,99€ back.
