La rencontre avec une usine de chaussures de luxe à Montopoli, village de Toscane, donne forme à Nomasei. Cette entreprise familiale dont elles partagent les valeurs devient le partenaire essentiel du projet. Les couleurs dominantes de Nomasei sont un hommage à cette collaboration : le rouge Montopoli, couleur de la terracotta, la terre cuite typique des collines toscanes et de la terre de Sienne, le blanc jauni des marbres de Pompéi.
Nomasei, ce sont des chaussures aux formes étudiées, des matières de haute qualité, des processus respectueux de l’environnement et de l’humain, résultats d’un engagement éthique de transparence radicale.
Nomasei ce sont des mains : « Noma » – de l’italien « Mano », la main, avec un twist argotique pour brouiller les pistes – « Sei » – six en italien, parce que chaque création est le fruit de la collaboration entre plusieurs mains et plusieurs savoir-faire, réunis autour d’une idée qui se fait création.

When a mistake leads to a ‘Perfect Fit’
I accidentally ordered a size 35.5 instead of 37.5, but a quick email to Nomasei took care of everything. The correction was handled effortlessly, and to my surprise, my boots arrived even sooner than expected!
As for the fit, the 37.5 is absolutely perfect and corresponds exactly to a US women’s size 7. Between the attentive customer service, the smooth ordering experience, and the beautiful boots themselves, I couldn’t be more delighted with my purchase. It’s rare to find this level of quality and care, and it made the entire experience feel truly special. TY!

I had a problem with delivery and Julia was so helpful in replying promptly and sorting the issue out. Sadly the shoes did not fit but I had a very speedy refund, again thanks to Julia. An excellent company to deal with.

I am not one to buy shoes without…
I am not one to buy shoes without knowing brand and especially overseas. I took the risk in winter with a pair of boots. Leather was so soft and most importantly comfortable ! I ordered a pair of sandals. Just came in … so comfortable! Highly recommend

Incredible Customer Experience!!!
In addition to designing and crafting incredibly beautiful and comfortable shoes, the customer experience may be even better. During my initial purchase, not knowing sizing, I ordered two pair of shoes in different sizes intending to send one pair back. A major life change redirected my focus and the second pair was forgotten. Roll forward way too many months and the team at Nomasei was still happy to accommodate my request of exchanging the too-large pair for the right size. I now have two pair I absolutely love!!!! Thank you!
