This company is a scam. All the 1-stars are completely accurate. Super cheap clothes. Returns are not possible. It’s equivalent to throwing money away. Shocked this company is allowed to ship to the US.

Do not buy from this company, the items are not anything like the website, delivery timescale is weeks and weeks and when it arrives the items are faulty thin fabrics - and can only be described as RAGS & the after sale guarantee means absolutely nothing absolutely non existent. If only I had read the reviews before I purchased from them.

Sorry I didn’t check reviews before ordering. I thought “novant.fr” indicated a French company after checking out the website, but it is Chinese. The sz S blouse I ordered MIGHT fit a 12-year old, and when I wrote about the “hassle-free shipping and easy returns” I was advised they would save me the trouble of an international return (the shipping envelope indicates Vernon CA) by offering me 10% of my purchase price. Also be aware that what you receive may not match the website picture, and that a few of the 5-star reviews are apparently bogus to raise the response average to 1.3: check them out. Complete scam: reporting to FTC.
UPDATE 1/4/2026
After advising this company that I was alerting BBB, FTC, and econsumer.gov, I was given a final offer of 30% of my purchase price and sent a return address (at my expense) to Ningbo, Zheijiang 315100, which I will have to look up. However, I suspect that the complicated conditions (arrival, inspection, verification) for a full refund will preclude any reimbursement. Ignore special offers/gifts/sales: this company should be banned or at least red-flagged, but cautions assume that consumers will think to check for reviews.

Bought a ladies shirt for $99aus.onsale ($199 normal price) which arrived 5 weeks later and wasn’t what I’d expected . Saw it for sale on Temu fo $20 aus. Complained and got a pathetic reply. Be very cautious when considering buying from Novant. Helen

In agreement with others- the men's ' 'jacket ' bore no resemblance to that advertised, being more of a cheap material sweat shirt and was completely unwearable. No possibility of a genuine return. The goods came from an individual versus a company and yes like others, I felt completely 'scammed ' DON'T USE!

Do not use this company. Low quality products and don’t honour their returns policy. They need to be taken down.

Una verdadera estafa, producto engañoso, nada que ver con lo que se muestra en la página, I ordered from Novant and the quality was shockingly bad — the worst I’ve ever received. The products look nothing like what’s shown on their website.

Their site says they’re based in Amsterdam, but the items actually come from China, which feels very misleading. When I tried to return them due to the terrible quality, I was told it would be extremely expensive to ship them back.

DO NOT BUY FROM novant.fr. They are a con. They tell you to email to return and do not reply let alone give you an address to return your item. They claim you can return easily but they don’t let you and so you never get a refund if something does not fit. I sent 10 emails! Avoid at all costs. Their garments are cheap and nasty too.

Ordered men's shirt and quality is so horrible and size of shirt should be men's M, looks more like childrens M 🙃 I Wil try to return IT but I think I allready Lost My money to Chinese fraud shop. I hope this Novant.fr site shuts down so nobody cannot order there anymore.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased what was supposed to be a shearling coat. What I received was a Halloween costume-quality fuzzy jacket. Bait-and-switch for sure. The matter still not resolved. I'm working with PayPal for a full refund. The customer service is awful and is not responding to my questions. They also want me to return the item to China at my expense. I purchased from a company in Amsterdam.

DO NOT BUY! These are CHEAPLY MADE CHINESE products!! I must make it a practice to read online reviews before ordering! These products are expertly photographed to look genuine, but they’re cheaply made in China. It’s a shell company with an EU mailbox. Returns must be made by you to China and HOPE they “ receive it” so you’re refunded. This company should be shut down for false advertising.

If I could offer less than 1 star I would. Ordered a men’s linen shirt - the shirt I received is polyester and spandex, great for Australian summers. 🤯 No reply after numerous emails. Save your money.

I have just checked the reviews and found them to be true, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
I ordered a linen shirt and received an entirely different shirt as well as a really bad cotton one, No answer for 7 emails as it was late as well, D+Finally they offered 15 % refund, no chance of ever getting the shirt I wanted, Its a TOTAL SCAM. Don't Use Them

I ordered a coat from Novant and unfortunately the quality was far below what was presented on the website. The material, cut and sizing were poor, and the item did not resemble a quality branded product.

The coat was shipped from China and appears to be a low-cost, generic item, which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. There was no NOVANT brand label on the product, and the overall finish did not match the expectations set by the website.

I contacted customer service to request a return and refund. I was offered a 10% partial refund without return. I am currently trying to resolve the matter directly with the company.

Do not use this company under any circumstances, nothing but a ripoff, ordered a women's coat costing 90pounds and 2 weeks later got a cheap jacket that I would not put in my dogs basket, tried to get a refund and only got same email every time I tried to contact them, on your own head be it if you do

Do not use this company. They sell products from a cheap chinese warehouse which can also be found on other websites also. When returning, they will waste as much time as possible trying to offer 10%, 20% rather than return. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a men's shawl collar wool coat. What I received did not match at all what was sold to me in the picture. I had to wait almost four weeks for the order. I only received the product a week after I had complained that the product I paid for had not arrived. I will never order anything from NOVANT again!
