This is another one of those Chinese scam companies that lie and cheat. They disguise the product ships from China and takes weeks to arrive. If you are lucky and actually receive your order you will first laugh because you are sure you just received some very poorly made doll cloths. They don't answer emails and refunds are not possible. Please stay away from this company.

Ordered something. Never been received. They dont reply to emails. Their contact number doesnt work. Its a scam website based in China. Dont waste your money.

(Update. Item came. Doest look anything like it on website. The worst material ive ever felt in my life. Still fighting for a refund, but as mention in original post, they never reply to your email.)

If I could give this zero stars then I would. Product took weeks to arrive and is such poor quality- nothing like advertised at all. I have been offered a refund only if I return it to China at my own cost or a 10% refund.
Do not use this site. Have since realised that unfortunately it is a total scam with fake reviews. The phone number went to some random Scottish blokes answer machine?!?!

Like all the other reviews, this is essentially a scam, giving the impression they are a European company but selling very poor garments that bear no relation to the images on the website. Avoid at all costs

This is a shit drop shipping website. Ordered a shirt and waiting longtime to arrive from china. Nothing in common with the pictures Do not recommend at all

Wow I’ve had better clothes from Temu for a fraction of the price, how this site is operating is beyond me. The material is cheap, shiny and just awful and the fit is totally wrong I’m not sure you can go that wrong with trouser sizing !! They are NOTHING like the advertised picture not worth the trouble of sending them back to China ( not France) … lesson learnt ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The sweater did not match the picture at all. Very poor quality, there is a lot of such rubbish in Chinese stores for 5 pounds, but not 46. Don't buy it, there is nothing there, it's really a scam

I placed an order for my mother through this website, assuming it was a European company. In reality, it’s based in China, completely unreliable, and with extremely high prices. I ordered on December 1st and still haven’t received any detailed shipping information—only a vague “in transit” status.
I’ve sent three emails, but customer service has not responded at all. I strongly advise against purchasing from this site to avoid a bad experience. I’ve already contacted PayPal for assistance and hope to resolve the issue.
Everything about this feels like a scam:

-They pretend to be European, claiming to have stores in Europe while hiding their Chinese origin.
-They refuse to provide any explanation or support via email.
-Positive reviews seem fake—most come from accounts with only one review, which is highly suspicious.

Do not get fooled. Avoid this site at all costs.

Watch out! It’s a scam!

This company is a disgrace. I was lured into purchasing from this company because their website says "novant.fr" which should be France. And they claim to have a shop in Stockholm and an office in the Netherlands. They even wrote on their site that return was possible in 30 days. Thinking that this company is a European company, i went ahead and made a purchase, but the items i ordered for are of extremely poor quality and the sizes were wrong. I requested a return and refund but they refuse to pay for postage, siting, that I should pay my own postage. Since they are in China and not in Europe, this makes postage more expensive. So they try to offer me 20% to keep an item i will never use given its poor quality and size. If there was a zero star this company definitely would deserve a zero star. Be careful of these online stores. Most of them are making false advertisements and do not follow the European ethics.

Still waiting for a delivery after several weeks. The delivery updates don't change once it is shown to have been put on to a lorry. Then they keep changing the French delivery service from Colissimo to Colis Prive, but neither recognise the tracking number given. Would suggest this is a scam site.
Finally the address shown in Holland looks nothing like what can be seen on Google Earth and the mobile phone number shown doesn't exist!

The shirt did, eventually arrive, (it took 20 days). However, it is not of particularly good quality, the buttons are small and on the wrong side for a man!!

Doesn't even deserves that. Very poor quality clothing. Don't buy as you are expected to return item back to CHINA.

A jacket sold as a jacket for men in size xl was so small that it fit me as a woman size M. It didn’t even fit my teenager son who is super skinny. Novant will not recognise that this is a problem from their end and offers to give 10% back or that we pay for the return. This is not a company for Swedish people or any Scandinavian country but only for very small maybe French poeople. Do not buy from them because they will not help you but will only take your money. The size XL would in Sweden be a S for men. If you are an XL in Sweden they will not have your size.
