I ordered some perfume from these last year. Took over a month to deliver and when checking the product it smells nothing like it should. I questioned this with NuBeauty and they send me a threatening email telling me it is against policy to post anything threatening/false against them, and to return the item to the in Bulgaria(despite the return address on the packaging being in the U.K.). I explained that it is illegal to post perfume abroad as it is classed as a dangerous good(in the U.K. and Bulgaria). They sent the exact same threatening email back.
PayPal required more evidence before a refund was given. So I wrote to Givenchy who confirmed that NuBeaty aren’t on their list of suppliers. Then I attempted to post the item back, and it was returned by the post office stating that it was a dangerous good and cannot be posted overseas. PayPal then gave me a full refund. If you feel like going through all this to save a few quid and get the wrong scent -feel free!

Please do not use this company! I've never left a review about anything before but I am so annoyed. After 6 weeks waiting for item chanel, it's not even left Bulgaria yet. They have lied to me, saying it was despatched on 24th Jan. I've checked tracking. I wish I saw the other reviews before i purchased. Nightmare.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Received a fake bottle of Sauvage, smells absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Last review was removed so I will reword it. Shocked at the number of positive reviews over the past week, wonder if they are all genuine?

Product ordered end of December, was delivered last week. Poor quality YSL perfume, not allowed to express my true thoughts but going by previous reviews on this I am not the only person to express my concerns

Only way to get my money back is by returning the item to Bulgaria which is not allowed due to perfume being considered as dangerous goods due to being flammable therefore. So am left with a perfume I could have bought for less than a tenner from Cheetham Hill in Manchester.

Avoid at all costs..

I’ve ordered perfumes and shower gel at beginning of January, as I didn’t received nothing after more than a month I’ve send msg to PayPal to get refund. Seller send me msg straight away - order cancelled. Next day I’ve received a parcel with empty box of perfume I’ve ordered. As PayPal have a tracking no which says “delivered” they don’t bother to help. So just think twice before you spent money with those scammers. And from what i see on rest of the reviews I’m not the only one...

SCAMMERS. Fraudulent traders. Do not buy from these. They are not authorised to sell Chanel products

I’ve bought 2 Chanel perfumes and after seen all the bad reviews I decided to cancel my order, they took my money and they don’t answer the emails. I asked them when I will get my money back and I don’t have an answer after 1 week. I will report this to the police if they don’t give me back my money.

Sorry, i am not normally a complainer, please don't waste your time or money with this company, i was very fortunate and paid through PayPal and i am in the process or getting a full refund, i have rated 1 star but it should be ZERO !!!!!!!!!! ,Never received goods and sent 4 Emails with a lot of patience and no reply Please Stay away from this company

I ordered perfume from this company on 26.12.20, after not receiving it and doing some research it seems that this is all a total scam! A lot of people are saying that they have received counterfeit perfumes and aftershaves. I have emailed them a couple of times to say that I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THE PERFUME I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED. I HAVE HAD NO REPLY! STOP FOBBING PEOPLE OFF!!! IF MY MONEY IS NOT BACK IN MY BANK BY THE END OF TODAY (17.2.21) THEN I AM CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS AND EVERYONE I NEED TO AND I SHALL BE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW WHAT SCAM ARTISTS YOUR COMPANY ARE. FINALLY RECEIVED MY FAKE CHANEL ALLURE. I AM LIVID. IT IS 100% FAKE. THE BOTTLE IS COVERED IN DENTS. THE LETTERS ON THE BOTTLE ARE SCRATCHED OFF. THE PERFUME ITSELF IS BRIGHT ORANGE. THE SMELL HAS GONE AFTER 1HR. I HAVE CONTACTED NU BEAUTY BUT OF COURSE NO REPLY. I WANT A FULL REFUND AS I HAVE PAID £59 FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. AND YES NU BEAUTY I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES FOR PROOF. THIS COMPANY SOLD THIS CHEAP COPY TO ME KNOWING THAT I CAN NOT SEND IT BACK AS YOU CANT POST BACK A LIQUID. I HAVE BOUGHT CHANEL ALLURE FOR 20YEARS AND THIS IS NOT THAT. FOR ANYONE READING THIS....DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE THIEVES! ITS ABOUT TIME PEOPLE LIKE THESE ARE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

I finally received my goods this morning. It took longer than the 30-days specified and the perfume appears to be very poor quality; the printing on the box and perfume is poor (crooked and wearing off), the cardboard box looks different to the one I bought direct from an authorised retailer (no sheen, no embossing), and the perfume bottle is poorly finished and falling apart. The perfume also smells different to the one from the authorised retailer - I’ll let you draw your own conclusions from that!

I would be very wary of this retailer.

Update : I’ve now been offered a refund, on the condition that I return the items; however, you cannot post perfume to Europe from the uk, which I suspect they know full well. I’ve asked for a uk address (the PayPal account is uk based), we’ll see what happens.

Update 2 - Raised a dispute with PayPal, they found in my favour. If you’re having issues, make sure that you point out that you cannot return the goods as it’s illegal to post perfumes to Europe from the UK - with this information Paypal (or any credit card company) are likely to rule in your favour.

Update 3 - Chanel have confirmed that they do not supply Nubeauty - they are not an authorised dealer. Buyer beware. I was fortunate enough to get my money back from PayPal, you may not be so lucky.

Update - I can assure you, despite nubeauty’s response, everything in this review is factual.

If I could give this company zero stars I would have. Do not buy from them. The order takes 30 days I repeat thirty days to arrive and when you contact customer service they tell you to read obscure terms in their t’s and c’s which are not obvious to see. I found the business on Google as an advertiser and will be contacting them to try to get them removed after reading these reviews.

DONT USE THEM ... Iv paid just over £100 for two products. They have taken the money and Iv not received anything from them.

Ordered some aftershave and perfume before christmas 2020, its February and its still not arrived! This is a scam! There is no way to contact NuBeauty and they don not respond to emails. Should have known it was too good to be true! DO NOT BUY FROM NUBEAUTY!!!

Edit: Ok i did recieve a refund but only once a raised a paypal dispute and wrote the above review. Had i not said anything i doubt i would have even recieved a refund let alone the actual perfume and aftershave! Further more, NuBeauty said that they had sent the item through royal mail, 'tracked and signed' only for it to be cancelled once i asked where my package was. Also i wish i knew what terms of service i have breached?? Giving my money over to some absolute frauds??? :D

I ordered aftershave on 12th December for Xmas present. Still waiting for it. Actually starting to think it's a scam. £127 and still no aftershave. Just a couple of emails putting me off and no response at all to my last one. DON'T USE THEM.

I ordered MYRRHE IMPERIALE BY ARMANI PRIVÉ UNISEX EAU DE PARFUM 100ML TESTER paying £90.00 via PayPal.

Unfortunately what I received is not the order of MYRRHE IMPERIALE BY ARMANI PRIVÉ UNISEX EAU DE PARFUM 100ML TESTER but some cheap counterfeit imitation of some other scent.

As I have a degree in Physics and Chemistry, so yes, I am qualified to comment. I can tell the difference between an authentic & a fake product. I know more about Chemistry than you do! Myrrh doesn't smell like roses by the way, it's a bitter sweet smell.

I have returned the item back to Bulgaria and have yet to receive a refund of £90 which I will now actively pursue via my bank.

Would have left zero stars if was an option! Of course the positive reviews on their own website are very misleading. The Chanel No5 that I ordered was listed as ‘damaged box’ and about £20 cheaper than a reputable supplier. When it arrived the box was not damaged in any way but was a different size to the genuine article, the bottle had a different shaped, cheap plastic lid, the contents were a different colour and smell and it was a slightly different sized bottle. I immediately contacted nubeauty and was told that I was not a perfume expert so was unqualified to comment but that I could return it for a refund. They are in Europe and it is illegal to send liquids by post - so that is not possible and they know it. They have not responded to any further emails. I purchased the real deal from a well known high street chemist online and have photos to compare, I don’t need to be an expert, just to have used Chanel No5 since 1988 and to look at the two items next to one another and see that they are very different. My bank tell me that they have had numerous complaints - this is in the hands of their fraud department. I can only assume that the positive reviews here are for cheaper cosmetic items that might well be genuine. I await nubeauty’s response below that I’m lying....and I couldn’t care less. My advice is to avoid them at all costs and buy from a reputable company.

I’ve been waiting for my item since December. It’s been almost two months. I try contacting them but no reply. Definitely not a trust worthy site. Do not buy. Stay away.

Took my money Dec 4th 2020, item marked as despatched Dec 7th 2020, cancelled and refunded without explanation 24th Jan 2021 (how can you cancel something that's already been despatched?) Emailed 5 times to ask for explanation ... *crickets*

I GOT A REFUND FOR THE FAKE PERFUME I RECEIVED.

The pefume i received has a PLASTIC lid.
The Box is NOT the right colour.
Scent lasts half hour.
The Box does NOT have the product code stamped into the end.
The perfume bottle does NOT have the code engraved on the glass.

What does that tell you ?

You continue to flag and deny many reviews. You have had many negative reviews removed on technicalities.
Some People are Angry!!, most likely because they do NOT receive genuine perfume then YOU IGNORE REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS.

EDIT:
MESSAGED PAYPAL SEVERAL TIMES YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS FAKE ITEM. IT IS ILLEGAL TO POST PERFUME INTERNATIONALLY FROM THE UK. REPEAT THIS TO PAY PAL FOR REFUND. TOOK ME SEVERAL MESSAGES.
