Nubeauty 

I read the negative reviews after I placed an order. I then cancelled my order immediately by email, and requested a refund. I was refunded straight away, along with a polite notification. I cannot comment about their products, but they did follow one of their terms and conditions, i.e. cancel before dispatch for a refund.

I have noticed threw most of the reviews nubeauty have replied saying these are false unfortunately this is not correct and I have contacted trading standards and I will also post this far and wide they are a false company selling really bad fake products I emailed them and told them I want my refund and even went as far at to send it back so please people don't waste your money on scum

Arrived on time extremely well packaged. Exactly as ordered, the genuine article.

On 27th November 2020 I ordered Dior Addict Eau de Parfum for Women as a Christmas present.
On 30th November I had an email informing me that it had been dispatched.
On 11th December I aksed for a tracking number and got the reply - "Your order has been shipped and is currently in transit. All orders are delivered in 30 calendar days and this is noted in clause 10.4 from the Terms of service". I realised it's coming from Bulgaria!
On 5th January, i.e. after 39 days, I received a tester bottle of Creed Aventus for Men - not the Dior Addict for Women that I'd ordered. (The sale of testers isn't normally allowed anyway)
I informed the company - Nubeauty and asked for a refund. They said I have to send the bottle back to Bulgaria first. Now, you can't send perfume internationally by Royal Mail so would have to be a courier which would cost me £24. I refused to do this. In the end after a couple of lengthy calls to Paypal, I managed to get a refund from Paypal luckily.
Don't waste your money with this useless company!

I understand the concerns of many people. I bought a product on the 6th of December, however I failed to read the T&C's where it clearly states 30 days. I was basically late in ordering and I wanted the cheapest price which it certainly is. Today the product was delivered, original product and not a fake. 31 days but with the Christmas rush that's acceptable. I would suggest that customer service tries harder to put customers minds at ease.

Ordered chanel de bleu eau de perfume, received eau de toilette. Opened the packaging and the i in toilette was missing, no serial number and no ingredients list in the back and smelt nothing like how it should smell. Cannot send back as royal mail will not accept it. Please avoid this company at all costs. I will be sending it back to chanel for them to look at and will give this companies address.

Ordered perfume on Nov 29th, still no delivery by Dec 29th or any emails....
Wrote an email to say I intended to launch a dispute and leave a bad review and they refunded me within 30 mins.
I do not think they would have bothered had innit contacted them.

Please avoid this company. Ordered some Chanel perfume for my wife for Christmas as they had it in sale at the time (big mistake). Initially everything seemed fine, sale went through fine then got a email saying dispatched. It took over a month for me to receive my parcel!!! Could not track parcel using info given. When checking perfume on arrival it looks suspect. On comparing it to my wife's original bottle that was purchased from a reputable high street retailer you can easily tell it's different and not real. Don't waste your time. Save your money

Ordered perfume as a Christmas present. Arrived in time. On opening, find a filthy bottle that has been part used and labelled quite clearly as Tester, For Demonstration, not for resale. They say they will refund if I return to Bulgaria but looking at other reviews it sounds like I am lucky to have anything at all. Not risking a return as seems unlikely they will refund.

Was told 30 calendar days for delivery and guess what arrived today the 30th day. Glad its here for xmas .Thanks ...

Ordered item on 1st December. A day later recieved despatch email with tracking, which would not work on their website. Now three weeks later no response from them to my emails, growing concern I have been scammed. My item was also cancelled on the 21st December, which is concerning as how can an item which has been apparently despatched be cancelled with no reason or opportunity for refund? Have opened up a dispute with PayPal to get full refund from these clearly reputable scammers.

Ordered on the 20th Nov still no item, limited customer service, just received an email saying my order was cancelled, no refund or explanation given. Do not buy from these guys, put this review up less then 12hrs and they flagged it, but still no email or refund !

This company is based on BULGARIA and offer a very poor service to UK, ordered in November and still chasing for any information on December 20th.
Unable to provide any tracking number at all, have had to revert to PayPal to try to get refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Update: as of 21st December I received an email to inform me my order was cancelled at my request, as yet I am still waiting for a PayPal refund despite requesting this several times via email. I have now had to open a PayPal dispute in an attempt to get my refund...this company is atrocious to deal with, other reviews seem to echo this sentiment.
I will update as to whether Nu Beauty issue my refund...as before my advice is to AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID .... Ordered product on 29th Nov for Christmas, received invoice and despatch confirmation but not received product and no update at all, even after numerous attempts to contact. This company is based in Bulgaria and yet the Paypal seller info is UK based ! this is not declared on their website.

Ordered aftershave on 20/11, chased by email numerous times and told it’s on a Euro pallet.
No I chase and get zero response.

Avoid this company

I placed an order for perfume in October and it has never arrived. Have emailed this company on numerous occasions with no response.

Paid for some perfume. Was told it had been dispatched. Payment was take. Item never turned up. They dont answer emails and no phone number for them. I was customer number 9110 but for so many customers before me can only find 4 negative feedback on net and one positive. Please dont trust these people and dont buy anything.

EDIT..... item cancelled ? How can you cancel a item already *sent* ????? Will call bank and get refund. Company given my phone number to contact me but no call.

Terrible. After easy purchasing and swift delivery of product, I open the package to find a damaged and what I believe to be a counterfeit product. Comparing images of the product sent to images of what the real product should look and be packaged like confirmed my suspicions. I tried contacting the sellers and they ignored all emails (bar the first). They’re response was rather rude and said that I could only return the product if faulty. As it had a chip in the lid, I set out to return the faulty product. The post office made me aware that I am not allowed to post perfume abroad (I’m in the U.K. and the return address I was given is in Bulgaria). Surly the company know that I can’t return my product? I’ve tried to email but have had no further responses.

EDIT.... in response to Nubeauty.org - my claim of the above has been verified with evidence provided to Trustpilot. Please respond to my many emails and provide a full refund.
