Nugo 

Probably one of the worst delivery company’s I’ve ever delt with from all sides they delivery drivers are so rude and ignorant after paying for special heavy weight delivery had a bulk order delivered in 5 seperate delivery’s been refused to bring them upstairs until I’ve had to call the company also it says in the email they’ll ring 1-2 hours before they have never done this only ringing me when there outside and telling me they can’t wait they will delivery it another day absolutely ridiculous when it’s scheduled for a certain day won’t be using them away absolutely disgraceful

Chayla was very helpful and checked in a few times to make sure my enquiry was resolved.

They delivered my mattress bought from Jysk late, it's dirty with grease and smells bad. I can't use it and I contacted Jysk to solve the problem immediately. Terrible delivery service

Jysk don't sell the bed slats with the beds... they charge extra. My order of more than €2k was a disaster from start to finish. Had to make numerous phone calls to Jysk.
Very disinterested, disdainful, snarky communication with a hint of cheek from Sean in the Dublin customer service. I hope jysk management listen to the call. Mirella was a much more professional person to deal with.

Chayla was so helpful and ensured my furniture was delivered in time for the weekend- her understanding and helpful attitude was so appreciated.

The two girls I dealt with on the phone were very helpful. The delivery driver was also very helpful but I am disappointed that your company does not have 2 people delivering the products as they can be very heavy for one person to lift. Health & safety should be addressed regarding this.

What ever happened to Nugo standards? Maureen & Jim from the limerick Nugo team got completely shafted & were forced to leave. God knows how bad its going to get now Fastway are completely in charge. They have zero appetite for improvement, just shove it in & get rid. Best of luck to everyone.

I never write a review but their service is awful. I live in Dublin and the parcel has been in Dublin for 11 days and not delivered. Their website doesnt work so Im in Fastway. Ive sent 4 emails with no response, their customer care zendesk opens for 2 hours a day 10-12. If you let your screen go black you get kicked out of the chat. It has been the most frustrating experience and of course no number to call.

Maureen and Jim were amazing to deal with. So patient with me and my washing machine. Two fabulous characters and we had great banter. They couldn’t do enough for me. I’d give them more stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I contacted Fastway a week ago with concerns about an order I was due to be delivered from Jysk. From the moment I spoke to Andrea I was immediately put at ease that she would try her best to locate my order in the system and that she would keep me updated. Andrea did exactly what she promised and I recieved updates every day from Andrea, which is more than I can say for Jysk. Only for the communications with Andrea I would be still wondering how my order got through the system. Andrea is so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I have full faith in using Fastway for any future deliveries as I know with people like Andrea looking after your customer care it will all be perfect.

Jim delivered a pool table for my son's birthday today, lovely man, very friendly and professional, received prior contact of the delivery time and he was on time. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Our parcel is with Fastway/Nugo for 7 days now for a delivery which was scheduled to happen 5 days ago.
No delivery scheduled, no contact from anyone, no way to obtain any information as even internal company transport coordinator are unable to obtain any information from their depot and will ignore your emails.

Edit: Parcel was delivered on the 23rd of December without prior contact from Nugo or anyone. Delivery men from Cork were not aware about the delay as they had just received the parcel the day before. There is then to this day no information/explanation as to why Nugo Dublin retained the parcel for 10 days and it seems they can't be arsed taking any form of accountability for their actions...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY WEBSITE OFFERING IT AS THE ONLY DELIVERY COMPANY, NUGO IS "MANAGED" BY FASTWAY AND PROVIDE THE SAME APPALLING SERVICE AND SUPPORT IN CASE OF ISSUES.

Ciaran and Cashel arrived at my door at 8am and left my delivery in the van until they spoke to me to be sure they weren’t going to spoil any “Santa surprises”. The packages were large and they brought them inside to a spare room and even helped me stash them. What a great service. They were upbeat (even at 8am🫣) and couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d definitely recommend Nugo.

Had a delivery from Maureen and Jim with Nugo Couriers today.
They were delivering a very large and heavy item.
They were punctual and very friendly.
I would recommend their services to everyone.
