Nugo 

Received an email yesterday and approximate time window the big heavy goods I ordered would be delivered today in Ennis and they were delivered promptly, professionally and efficiently by Jim and Ryan. Lovely guys. Defo recommended.

Scammers. Absolutely useless, made no attempt to deliver product. Was contacted to say we will be with you in 30 minutes, 3 minutes later apparently I rejected delivery and package was sent back to sender.
Emailed 'manager' Adam mcknight 6 times and got no reply. Multiple texts were sent and no reply. Absolute failure of a company, if the manager is that incompetent I would hate to think what the rest of the staff are like.

Delivered on time great communication from the driver for kilkenny Dave, he is a lovely guy very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Beyond useless.
Lied about attempted delivery, lied about contact being made (i have screenshots as proof), absolutely no response whatsoever and I've still not recieved my goods.

Waiting 8 weeks for a delivery from Very. Got a text from ‘Archie’ at Nugo on Thursday saying the parcel would be delivered the next day. No attempt to deliver (I was at home waiting for it all day), and no contact from any driver. Tracked my parcel again this morning and it stated Nugo are returning it to sender after being unable to deliver it. The sender (Very) claim that Nugo reported I would not accept the parcel as it was damaged - totally fabricated. Utterly useless service with no way to contact customer service. Screams fraudulent. Scam artists

Unreliable. I received an email 8 days ago saying they had picked up my goods, over a week later, no sign of delivery, goods have not left their depot in Dublin. Unreliable, you could you trust them to transport goods in the timeframe they claim to.

They delivered a refrigerator on behalf of an electronics company. They put a deep scuff in the wooden floor while installing it, and then left without taking the old fridge. This was in November and they still haven't returned, despite numerous correspondence from the electronic company. It is now nearing the end of February and the old fridge is still standing in the kitchen awaiting collection. An absolute ridiculous situation. Avoid at all costs.

I received a message over a week ago to say that I should expect my delivery the following day and that I would get a call one hour in advance. One week later and still no call or delivery. I sent an email 5 days ago and still no response. No contact number for them either which is very customer poor customer service.

They didn't ‘handle it’ as their slogan says! Somehow this company is linked to Fastway Couriers. I did receive a text from Nugo stating delivery would happen on a given day, I took day off work but no attempt at delivery and my order was returned to sender! No contact since and wouldn’t recommend.

From the initial contact to the prompt delivery, I can only recommend Nugo. A very professional experience from Adam and Caroline. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
