I had an appointment with Dr Janjua last week and I was absolutely amazed! The fact that he was so patient with me, understanding and so thorough with the eye examination, made the whole process easy! Gemma helped me to pick out a frame that suits my style and needs and I have to say she is an amazing person, so smiley and happy and I couldn’t recommend coming here enough! Thank you O’Briens team

Dr Janjua is a very highly qualified optometrist and offers a very high quality service in his Brigg opticians business. He is absolutely assiduous in his examinations and always explains with great clarity both the patient's optical condition, eye health status, and the changes if any, he is making to the prescription. He also provides a view on the likely future development of the patient's sight. His manner is highly professional, always friendly and helpful and he listens to the patients comments and concerns, and answers questions most clearly, often with a reassuring level of humour. I have been his patient for over two decades and have no hesitation in recommending his business.

Dr Janus explains everything and gives a thorough eye test, better than any I have ever received elsewhere. He recommends top quality lenses, which give excellent results from his test. I have no problem with recommending him to others

My mother was well looked after at O'Brien's opticians. The staff were very helpful before and after her eye examination with Mr Juanjua, the optician, he paid particular attention to what her needs were as she has AMD and he said he would prescribe the best lens he could for her. He was very professional throughout and explained everything very well to her. We can highly recommend O'brien opticians for their professionalism and care.

Very knowledgeable and has a lovely pleasant manner. Explained things very well to myself and my elderly Mother who has some complex issues. All staff were really nice and very helpful and gave my Mum the time she needed without feeling rushed. Makes you feel like a valued customer.

Always have a good experience visiting O’Briens Opticians. Dr Janjua is very professional, polite, patient with me and explains any issues with my eyesight. Had I not chosen to go there several years ago now I would never have found that I needed prism correction for my lenses. The eye examination was thorough and the findings were explained in detail. The type of new lense I now require was also explained carefully. O'brien 's have a varied range of excellent frames to choose from too. I certainly recommend them.

I needed some glasses frames because my previous optician was closing down and O'Briens stocked the ones I particularly wanted. From my first visit, Gemma (Manager) was very helpful, friendly and made the whole experience a delight. When I collected them today she was both thorough and professional. She is a real asset to the company, in my opinion.

100% the best opticians, I’ve been going here since the first time i was old enough for contact lenses, I got recommended by my previous opticians that didn’t do contacts lenses as o’briens being the best in the area to keep my eyes healthy due to wanting to wear them all the time and replace my glasses. I’ve been going 21 years now apart from leaving a few years due to a house move which I’ve now gone back to o’brien’s and Dr Sheeraz Janjua has always gone above and beyond for my eyes wether to make sure my prescription is 100% accurate (taking longer if needed for my appointment) to making sure my eye health is at their best with advice and changing the brand to suit my eyes and lifestyle ( I have the best lenses available for the length of time I wear them) I would be dubious to allow anyone else to be my optician as I’ve not had any eye problems in all these years as I think this is down to his experience and expertise and qualifications he has. Excellent service and polite very friendly and caring reception overall, all staff are excellent.
