O’Brians is the best opticians I’ve ever used they are not the cheapest but definitely the best

My adult son, who has Downs Syndrome has been seen by Dr Janjua over the past year. He has never been able to get glasses that fit properly until we came to O’Briens. His eye test was thorough and we have finally found glasses that actually fit his face and stay on his nose. The staff at O’Briens are friendly, welcoming and professional. I found out on the visit that Dr Janjua has had training and experience of assessing children and adults with Downs Syndrome. We have finally found someone to correctly assess and provide for my sons special needs.

My entire experience visiting O'Brien's opticians was an absolute pleasure. The staff were warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help me. I was seen by Dr Janjua who was a consummate professional. He took all the time that was needed to explain, and make sure I fully understand, everything about the condition of my eyes and he put me at total ease. I left feeling fully confident in the advice I had been given and frankly relieved to have found such an excellent optician. I will without a doubt be returning to O'Briens and Dr Janjua as and when I need to. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have been with O'Brien's Opticians, in Brigg, for a few years now and we both have a much better experience at O'Brien's than we have had with any other opticians that we have been too.

Personally, my eye examination with Dr. Janjua has always been very thorough and in far more detailed which filled me with confidence. He is kind, very helpful and takes the time to explain everything to me. He has told me things about my eyes that no other optician ever has during the exam. Dr. Janjua is unique in his attention to detail, very approachable and gives an exceptional personal service. It is such a pleasure being able to see the same optician at every visit and have a satisfying positive experience.

I found the staff at O'Brien's Opticians very friendly, helpful, competent and very professional. A welcoming atmosphere is always provided. You never feel rushed and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. All my questions are answered with good knowledgeable information on eye health. Nothing was too much trouble.

Compared to other opticians O'Brien's are far superior.

I am very short sighted, have PVD, double vision, astigmatism, and now I have cateracts forming. Despite all this, Dr Janjua, with very great care, patience, and skill, corrected my vision, and his team sold me a very fine pair of stylish and super-light Lindberg glasses. My vision is sharper now than at any time since my youth. I only wish he could cure my arthritis! Anyway, he has won a customer for life in me.

I cannot praise this practice enough. The care you receive from the time you go in, from the reception and support staff is exemplary.
Dr Janjua is caring, understanding and so committed to your eye care that nothing is too much trouble. He gives the most thorough and professional eye examination I have ever experienced and his knowledge of optometry and special conditions is superb.
The supporting staff are so helpful when choosing frames and nothing is too much trouble.
Please do avail yourself of this total care, we are so lucky to have them in Brigg.

Reception staff at O'Brien's are always friendly and courteous. Without exception they are welcoming from the moment you enter their premises. I went to collect new spectacles. Great care taken by staff member to ensure correct fit, and customer satisfaction. Would not go elsewhere!
