Good staff
Dealing with helpful staff who are always willing to answer any questions. The staff members I deal with are experienced and knowledgeable, who usually respond to any queries within 24 hours. They are happy to give you the time without any prior knowledge of whether a holiday will be booked and this inspires loyalty in me.

Ocean World Travel are an excellent cruise company
Kerry made booking our cruise a very smooth experience, she was very helpful with regards to finding a suitable cabin, covered everything regarding placement of cabin and booking meals etc.

Carrie at Ocean World Travel was very helpful in answering some questions I had.
Then she proceeded to find us a great balcony room in a good position
I have used OWT before for bookings and have always found them very good. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service
My husband and I have used Ocean World Travel for many years due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff plus excellent customer service both pre and post travel. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Our adult children now book their cruise holidays through them too.

As a standard complimentary perk for all Fred. Olsen bookings, your champagne is automatically included and it will be sent out to you about two weeks before you set sail. While it is very rare for there to be any hiccups, on the off-chance it ever doesn't arrive as expected, we are always on hand to investigate.

A good loyal company
