First Fred Olsen cruise
Just returned from a fabulous cruise with Fred Olsen on Bolette. I booked it with Ocean World Travel and it was trouble free. Any questions were answered and we were kept informed of the booking. We received a bottle of champagne and chocolates delivered to my house and also a massive surprise on board when we saw 2 vouchers for the speciality restaurant. I would definitely recommend OWT for anyone booking a cruise. Thank you very much and to Carrie Parnell who I booked it with.

Fabulous service

They are always amazing
They are always amazing. Notify me in advance of launch offers and do their best to get me good deals. They are extremely efficient and well organised. And they send me champagne and chocolates after my cruise as well as a treat onboard too, like a speciality restaurant visit. Not to mention getting me some onboard credit as well as the discount.

Great Experience
The company was recommended to me by a friend and because I was in the same room as my wife, I chose the "Live Chat" option. My agent was Carrie ~ kind, professional, an expert in her field~ the whole chat was friendly and made booking this cruise as easy as eating apple pie. The booking process and payment was flawless.

Great service from Carrie Purnell
We booked a Fred Olsen cruise to France from Rosyth (Scotland) which we enjoyed earlier this month and can definitively recommend Ocean World Travel and Carrie Purnell who organised it for us. We were pleasantly surprised to get an email from her prior to our cruise to inform us that we would be getting a bottle of Champagne delivered to our home when we returned from our holiday, and even more surprised and delighted when we arrived in our cabin to find complimentary vouchers for the speciality dining onboard. Lovely extras which we greatly appreciated. Happy to recommend :)
