I would like to thank Ocean World Travel over the years for- a special thank you to Carrie. Carrie will go to the limit to find a cruise for you, she will ensure everything is in order on your booking.
I used to use a cruise company in Derbyshire, they were average, not keen on matching prices. My immediate thought was to try our local agent in Chandlers Ford - Ocean World Travel. I have since always dealt with them over the last 6/7 years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Working Hard To Get Booking
Despite the cruise that I wanted being sold out of single cabins as soon as it went on sale, Jordan kept trying for me and managed to secure my preferred cabin catagory so I can go on my dream cruise!

I phoned ocean world travel to make an enquiry about a Fred Olsen cruise. My call was answered by Emily. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant and dealt with me very professionally. Outstanding Customer Service
First contact was quick, informative and polite.
Very impressed that when I phoned back to confirm the booking on a late Sunday afternoon, not only was the company open and taking calls, but I received a cheery, polite and very professional service. I felt no pressure to buy and was afforded as much time and as many questions as I needed to clarify the exact details of the booking.
Cannot praise this company highly enough for their customer service. Ocean World Travel is now my default choice for bookings.
