Octopus Energy for Business Reviews 

Superb. Telephone communications are clear and what they say happens. Was paying £3 a day standing charge with SSE and now only 21% of that each day.

We have used Octopus Energy for a few years now for our business electricity always been very happy with the service we received. I also use them personally as well.

I couldn’t recommend octopus enough! I have used them now for 7 years in business and at home and I couldn’t be happier with the support I get from them! Nothing is too much hard work!

Great communication and easy to switch to octopus

The Octopus team is a breath of fresh air. They are friendly, helpful, and unlike so much of my experience with other utility companies, the team at Octopus actually solve any problems they encounter to make sure their customers get what they need. I had been trying unsuccessfully to get a redundant electricity meter removed for over 5 years. Octopus sorted it straight away. Well done Octopus!

They do what theysay, on time, without hassle, catches or "small print"

We are a voluntary sports clubhouse and have just renewed electricity contract with Octopus based on 12 month fixed tariff with zero daily standing charge. This is very beneficial to us as we have very low annual usage. Thanks to Grace for responding so positively
