Harpaul correctly and patiently checked the details of the account. My enquiry was answered fully and efficiently, making up for my own inadequacy with my own note taking when I was last in contact just over a month ago. Helpful, patient and extremely courteous.

I did attempt to sign up for both gas and electric supply from Octopus business energy, there was an issue with the online form so I rang and spoke with "Will" who was clear helpful and completely understandable and the process was complete in a matter of minutes. A credit to Octopus thank you Will.

Octopus is a really good energy supplier to deal with. The customer services is quick and efficient. They are very understanding individuals. Both Jon and Hafsa helped me alot. We were in a very tricky situation due to an awful tenant who left a huge bill we were unaware of. Jon was very efficient at resolving this matter for us imemdiately. Hafsa made sure we were on the right tariff, she corrected this without me having to raise the query.

Both communication via emails and telephone with this energy supplier is very prompt and my queries get dealt with immediately.

The amount we have had to pay for a now empty property has been very low.

Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Would totally recommend.

You deducted over £3,000.00 in error from my account and you did not refund the money on the date stated hence,I had to request the refund again and I am still waiting to receive it.
