Excellent service - very reliable, efficient and friendly

Having worked with Odyssey systems for the last 8 years in my current role and 4 years in my previous i feel they are real market leaders in the term 'CAN DO'. Their customer service is 2nd to none and i haven't met a company that will go to the lengths they Odyssey will go to ensure that our needs are met. They have several members of the team that go above and beyond especially Rob New who has assisted at all hours of the day and night.

I would like to give Ashley Hutchinson a mention today for going over and beyond the call of duty. Whilst having a problem with our system, the box was situated behind two large wardrobes. He emptied and moved them both to mend the faulty line and once fixed Ashley moved the wardrobes back and put the books and files back into the wardrobes. A massive thank you to Ashley (the patience of a St.) Great customer service - My star of the week.

Great customer service, starting from Matt in sales right through to Neil and the technical team in the implementation of the technical and often complicated setup at our sites. We originally turned to Odyssey to implement a new phone system at our busy family business on the A19 and have progressed to now having our internet supply provided by Odyssey at speeds dramatically faster than other potential suppliers have pitched. Odyssey have also revolutionised the way I can upload video content with my production company which is based at the site.
I am extremely pleased with the service since we became a client of Odyssey in 2013 and again a special thanks to Mike's team in what has been a complicated implementation but extra special thanks should go to technician Neil for his great customer service, in-depth technical knowledge and level-headed approach and I would most definitely recommend Odyssey systems to anyone looking for telecoms.

We recently moved offices and with Odyssey already looking after our phone system they were an integral part of the build/move process to ensure when the time came to relocate our staff everyone's phones would be working.

From the very start of the process Odyssey were always happy to answer any questions, or send over an engineer to check on the build to ensure everything is up to their high standards.

We have been in our new offices for about a month now and have encountered no problems with the phones or the system and are very pleased with the service we received from Oydssey Systems. We would highly recommend contacting them for any of your IT or phone systems needs.

After hours of not having a working fax for our business it only took Sam and Mitchell seconds to sort out our problem, and on the same day we reported the fault with the fax machine. They were a great team,very friendly and didn't tut tut too many times at our failed endeavours in trying to fix it ourselves.
That said we rarely have to call them as the service is always on the ball, that's the first breakdown I've had to report, and would recommend their company to support your systems.

Ashley was called out to our site and very quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue we were encountering. Fixed the problem and left us with the hardware to continue operations, Great customer service and all working correctly when he left.

I am delighted to say that we have been working with Mike, Christine and all of the odyssey team for over 8 years. They have become an integral part of our business as we have expanded and built a network of offices. we rely on telecoms and the internet for much of our business and all of our telephony is dealt with by them. The service is second to none and I mean none. Where else can you ring on a Sunday afternoon and have an engineer at your office by 8.00am the next day. Where else can you ring up and speak to the MD? Amazing service from a great local company who we are proud to be supplied by.

I would like to say a big thank you to james Walters for the support and help he gave me yesterday. He explained what I needed to do clearly as i was holding numerous wires and had no idea what went where!
As a result my lines were up and running within 5 mins. excellent customer care. Thank you again.

We had to call upon Odyssey's services again with a last minute install at our remote showroom in Slough. Odyssey rose to the challenge, lines were ordered, routers sent to site and plans drafted for a seamless install.
Ashley was sent down to recce the job and a week later he and Harry have been, installed the kit and sent us photo's of the work.
It's a remote job, so we needed someone we could trust and rely on to do a good job.
Mike has an awesome team of dedicated guys, who we know we can rely on to get the job done.

Ashley Hutchinson came as our engineer today, arrived quickly, solved the problem and was friendly and very helpful- first class service. Nothing too much trouble.

I’ve been with Odyssey for 9 years now and wouldn't contemplate moving to another provider. Like many other small businesses if we lose a telephone line or broadband the impact is significant. In these situations you need somebody who understands your business and acts quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem and this is what you get with Odyssey. When I call they know me by name and likewise I know many of the key members of staff, this saves so much time as opposed to being bounced from one agent to another in huge call centres, especially those outside the UK. They take the time to exhaust every option to fix the issue before an engineer is called, which has often got us up and running again quickly. When BT is called out Odyssey monitor the job and keep you constantly updated right the way through to resolution. I can’t recommend Odyssey highly enough.

Odyssey Systems never fail to provide us with excellent service. Whether it be an engineer on site or a call to them for advice, they are always happy to help and they resolve any issues first time, every time.

The engineer came today to fit our new system as promised arrived on time and nothing was any trouble though the engineer was working around staff with no complaint or disruption, I would recommend Odyssey Systems every time thank you

Odyssey Systems have been a Telecomms service provider to our company for over 10 years.
The service they provide is always of the highest standard due to their excellent staff training process.
All members of staff, including directors, make sure their customers needs are taken care of to the highest level.

Over the years we've used them for the provision of phone systems, phone lines, broadband, website hosting, email facilities.
As a British Telecom partnered business they act as a liaison between the client and BT, which can be a blessing during resolutions of occasional outages.

Issues are always dealt with effectively and efficiently by the same staff that we have gotten to know personally over the years.
We've always felt that the advice given on new equipment and technologies is always within the needs of ourselves the client, not for the interests of Odyssey.

As a business we would highly recommend Odyssey's services, for ANY sized company, who are considering office moves, system upgrades, telecomms expansion, broadband installations & upgrades, web hosting services, Etc.

We wanted to upgrade from a very basic single line phone system to a new multi call phone system. We were so delighted when we came across Odyssey on the internet and they can not have been more helpful from start to finish! When opening our new site we came across Odyssey Communications they came up with a telephone and email system that suited us perfectly, their customer service and sales team were brilliant from day one and were with us every step of the way to answer questions and provide the training our staff needed to use the system efficiently.
The installation team were professional, courteous showed up on time and did exactly what was promised.
I cannot rate Odyssey Communications highly enough and would certainly recommend them to any one who wants a hassle free install with exceptional after sales service.

We are an Academy with 5 Schools in three different locations throughout the town.
We needed to change our 10 year old telephone system, we contacted Odyssey Systems, and a meeting was set up very quickly to decide what we required. The sales staff were very professional and knowledgeable as to what would be suitable. We decided to go ahead with the new system, and a date was set to have it installed.
The engineers who arrived on site, were very professional and courteous.
They installed the new system with as little disruption as possible, and set it up exactly how we needed it, also they were very willing to change anything we had missed in the initial consultation.
The new system works very well, and our staff have praised not only the system but how friendly and helpful the engineers have been.
The after sales support is exemplary.

Although not the cheapest, I would thoroughly recommend this company and its products. Well worth the extra cost.

We have used Odyssey Systems for our telephone system and broadband for many years. Mike and Christine are extremely knowledgeable and professional and this is reflexed in their whole team . We always feel everyone at Odyssey cares about our business needs and they deal with any issues we might have immediately . How often are you left hanging on the other end of the phone with a recorded message saying "your call is important to us" and half an hour later you are still there .
We moved premises about 2 and a half years ago to a new build and the support and guidance they gave was excellent. The move was effortless .
I would have no hesitation in recommending Odyssey to anyone who needs a telephone system with expert customer service

Odyssey were engaged to fit out our new factory and distribution centre with WiFi, broadband and CCTV. They also fitted our telephone system. I found them very professional to deal with and most staff members were very helpful. The onsite team worked diligently and were accomodating to our ever changing needs.One good thing is they don't bullsh*it, if they have a problem or a delay, they'll tell you the truth.

They seem to take a lot of pride in their work, they've so far fitted 35km of CAT6 cable and all the work is neat, tidy and of a high standard. They are in the process of finishing off the job with only 49 CCTV cameras to fit. We'll all miss the guys when they've gone.

The only negative is the recent lack of cakes!

All in all I would have no trouble in recommending Odyssey for any job. This was a major job and they have done everything to ensure it went smoothly.
