After several attempts to get on to the "system" which was very stressful. I wanted to speak with someone which seems to be non-exsisitant these days. I just wanted to stop my renewal, it tells yo... See more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Avoid this shady company at all costs. I have never experienced such appalling and underhanded business practices.
They hit me with an astronomical, completely unexpected cancellation fee of £128. At no point during the process did they provide clear or transparent information about this ridiculous charge.
To make matters worse, they illegally took this money using a payment card that I gave absolutely ZERO authorisation for them to use or store. I used it one time several months ago and had no intention of using again. Charging a customer's card without explicit consent for a disputed fee is completely unacceptable.
I am not letting this go. I have already escalated this matter and will be reporting their behaviour directly to Trading Standards and will be disputing it with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
If you look at other less mainstream review sites there are a multitude of fake reviews, they are shills! There are 20+ reviews today alone and every single one gave 5 stars. No chance! Will be doing it here too.
Save yourself the stress, the hidden fees, and the breach of financial trust. A disgrace of a company. Go anywhere else.
Nothing more than a scam company
Nothing more than a scam company. I entered all correct details on my insurance application and bought the insurance. 2 weeks later, i had 2 emails saying i had not declared 2 previous claims from 3 and 4 years ago and it would be another £150 to update the policy. I disputed this with them as i have not been involved in an accident for over 10 years. They asked me to prove it! I got my claims record from the MIB to prove this to them. In the meantime they cancelled the policy and only paid a refund of 3 months when it had 9 months left. It then cost me extra to reinsure the car as i ad to tick the "have you had any insurance cancelled box. Avoid them like the plague. Charlatans

Scam and fraudulent debit from bank…
Scam and fraudulent debit from bank account avoid at all cost.
In our experience, we would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company or any business operating under the One Call name.
Our insurance policy was cancelled following what we believe was an error by a customer service agent. Since then, we received repeated phone calls and emails over a three-day period requesting payment of more than £190 in cancellation fees. We dispute these charges and are currently seeking advice from Trading Standards and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regarding what we consider to be unfair business practices.
On the morning of 30 June, we discovered that the company had used previously stored card details to take the disputed payment from my husband's bank account. This was particularly concerning because the insurance policy was not in his name. Although his bank card was originally used to pay the initial deposit, we did not expect those card details to be retained and used to collect a disputed payment.
No authorisation was given for funds to be taken from a bank account belonging to someone who was not the policyholder. We are extremely disappointed by this experience and have serious concerns about the company's handling of customer payment information and billing practices.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company or any businesses affiliated with One Call Group.

Not good not bad
Not good not bad, was in the chat queue for over an hour though. And my cancellation refund is going to take 3 to 10 days. You took it fast enough, you should be able to refund it back immediately.

Just a heads up
Just a heads up I received an email saying I was going to be billed £42.50. So got in contact with customer service which were fantastic and they helped me out why this was going to happen and all they needed was screenshot proof that I had 8 years of NCB.
I feel this should have been asked at the start of me filling out all the documents not after a couple of weeks in to the cover.
I’m just pleased that I’ve managed to save myself £42.50 by getting in contact and not just leaving it for the money to then go out of my account when all it was just a screenshot of proof.
Good service today
Good service today, took a little longer than expected but was happy with the service and end result.
