An excellent team of professionals. We have been looking into investing in a property in Dubai but did not know where to start. Syed and Hamza from OneInvestment have been excellent at guiding us through the process. They have been very supportive and transparent throughout our journey. We intend to purchase more properties in the future in Dubai and we will only be going to these guys for support

I truly a great experience from the very beginning working with Evan Mcintyre and Zishan on finding the right investment property in Dubai. This asks what made my experience great? Two words, Scott Did! I had a lot of questions and reservations with it being my first time buying in Dubai but nothing was too much trouble for Scott. I was very happy with the property he got me and how he looked after me through the entire process.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was deeply disappointing. It became apparent that my nationality played a significant role in their decision-making process, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they engage in activities that compromise ethical standards. It's disheartening to see such practices tolerated.
The interviewer was the rudest person Nathan B , he had not even reviewed my CV and had no knowledge of the position I had applied for. Instead, their focus seemed to be solely on my nationality and whether I had been to Dubai before.

I urge anyone considering applying to this rubbish company to proceed with caution. Discrimination and unethical behavior have no place in any workplace, and I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others. Every individual deserves fair treatment and respect, regardless of nationality or any other factor

I was looking for a property in Dubai to invest, not having any previous experience I thought it was going to be a difficult task. Even though we've been to Dubai many times it was a daunting experience to find the right property and right people who could guide us through.

I got in touch with Yathu Nimalan and Adnan Raza from One Investments and from the moment our first virtual meeting they were brilliant. They were very accommodating, able to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and promising. I can't speak highly enough of their experience in Dubai property market and their services.

Initially we couldn't find anything for our budget and I was about to gave up the idea but Yathu found an off plan property which perfectly matched our needs. It was a great experience to see how the finish property will actually be looks like. They also took us to the area/land where the property will be build and were able to see the surroundings.
