I put down money, they have so ha did everything they promised. No messing around; flew me out, showed me the building the site and rental properties in the same area.

Kiran has a very good financial insight into areas, I was that impressed I bought 2.

Now let’s pray the developers deliver as they have done their jobs. Will write a review again when they are built & my experience; but with these 2 I’m very impressed and will be buying our family villa through them 100%.

Jamal at one investments has been amazing so far in our journey. We have been looking at Dubai property for a while and there is almost to many options and agents. I was not keep to buy off plans as I had a family member who had a bad experience in Egypt some years ago. I liked that one investments had a day in the Dorchester hotel in London. We had a zoom call 1st. Jamal was the 1st point of contact. He then met me and family in London and explained everything and how it all works.

An important part for me is we did not feel pressured. We met someone once in Dubai and they were very pushy and we didnt end up buying. Jamal arrnaged a scheme where we paid a token amount to show we are committed and then they use that money to fly me and my family out to Dubai to view properties. If we then proceed with a sale they reduce that price off the property.

He is also giving me new contacts for my new Dubai based business venture. We are very excited for the future and look forward to updating this review with our new home in the best city on the planet for the next stage of our lives.

It started as a small inquiry as was looking for a specific requirement and I thought it would not be possible, considering the prices have gone up recently. I was genuinely interested in investing in Dubai, so I responded to an advert on social media, thereafter I had someone on the phone for hours convincing me to buy and asked me to visit a fair in a hotel in Knightsbridge, they took a deposit from me to fly me Dubai and see a property before buying. A couple of weeks later I changed my mind, it’s been over a month now and my deposit has not been refunded, I have been speaking to the Ali who took the deposit from me, but he is unable to do anything as the deposit has been passed on to DAMAC. The promise was in 19 days following I completed a number of forms that the deposit would be returned.

Ali has told me AED25k is a basic amount so I shouldn’t worry about it. He has told me he has no access to the finance team at DAMAC so has no clue when my deposit will be refunded. And he has told me off for lack of pleasantries.

If One Investment take a deposit from me shouldn’t they be the ones refunding it to me rather than a third party? One Investment should be responsible and accountable.
