Good friendly communication with staff!
The experience was great due to the swift delivery of the light fixture to my house. When I enquired about the gold fittings they were pleasant and assured me of getting a second set if I didn’t find them in box.

Excellent site and service. Arrived promptly and very well packaged. Beautiful floor lamp a flawed lamp shade that was dealt with straight away and replaced. Helpful staff with good customer service. I would recommend and order again from the online lighting shop.

Best price, fantastic customer service
I was looking to purchase a particular light and searched extensively online and Online Lighting Shop had the best price by far. I had some queries and phoned them. Orlagh was so helpful, going as far as opening the box and taking photos of it so I could get a better idea of the colour. Placed order and received the next day. Placed a second order for other lights. These were also received promptly. Ended up returning some and Orlagh arranged collection promptly and refund received without any issues. Will definitely be buying more lights here in the future. Fantastic customer service (I phoned and emailed with queries). Orlagh was so helpful. Best price by far online. Highly recommend.

Good price for nice lights
Good price for nice lights. However delivery took longer than initially shown on the website. Says usually 3-5 working days ..however it then showed a longer date for expected delivered. This was the only dissapoitment. The company did email an update once dispatched which was good

Great products and good prices
Great products and good prices. Only issue was a damaged package but could have happened through transit so not their fault. It was quickly resolved with a replacement at no extra cost to myself. Great customer service.
A few extra pictures of the products online would help determine what the size of the products are in real life circumstances. I went for the 1.8m but would have went bigger after seen them in real life.

Great customer service
I bought a beautiful floor lamp that I'm delighted with.
There was a delay on the part of the delivery company but when I alerted Orlagh she was excellent - got onto it straight away, sorted it out and kept me informed.
So it feels a bit mean to only give 4 stars. It's because I'm not so sure yet about the copper coloured ceiling light I bought at the same time.
It's white on the inside - I couldn't see this from the photos on the website. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars, no question.
