The team at Open Law were so helpful from the start. They made the whole process very easy and uncomplicated. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This is the second time I have used the services of Kim and her team. All staff are professional and courteous but they are also very supportive. I would recommend Open Law to anyone who is considering selling their property. Thank you all for the help and support you have given me.

We are selling a property in Durham and were recommended by YourMove to use this solicitor. After 6 weeks there has been no progress and the only time we get an update is when I email them. The email address for the managing agent has changed and they say that is why there has been no progress. They haven’t been on their website to check it or ring them. They are being well paid for a job where little progress has been made. My wife rang them and their solicitor Chloe tried to tersely defend her position. I’m writing this only to warn other sellers that this solicitor has so far proved hopeless. I’m going to give them a chance not to make excuses but to catch up on this matter and complete by the end of June which was what they advised. I will keep you update with how reactive they are.

I was extremely impressed with their conveyancing service from both the sale and purchase side.

There were delays on the purchase transaction (no fault of Open Law) but the team, especially Samantha, were amazing in terms of being extremely responsive and generous with their time in order to explain things to me.
