Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I emailed to request a size swap and received no response, even after sending multiple follow-ups. I also submitted a complaint, and they still didn’t bother to reply. Completely unprofessional—I won’t be shopping here again.

The courier used were useless and…

The courier used were useless and didn’t feel I was receiving much in the way of assistance.
Having to wait 2 or 3 days for response’s is not good enough
Still waiting for a parcel 3 weeks after ordering and no communication
