The folks at Ottasilver stood by their product when I discovered a silver ring with a turquoise stone had a flaw -- a tool mark on the silver in the lower right corner of the opening for the stone. Their return process was easy, with prompt confirmation, and they kept me informed about receiving the damaged goods and the shipping of the replacement, which I received today. Looks great and fits perfectly. Great company with a fine line of products.

It took a while to arrive (over a month), but the bracelet is stunning! I absolutely love it. It is well made and sturdy. Okay, I’m sorry! I left a review about the shipping delay, but I regret it now. I’ll definitely be purchasing from OTTASILVER again! Thank you for quality jewelry!

When I first saw my ring, it was stunning. I fell in love with it. Every time I wear it, I will get at least one head turn. I will treasure this for the rest of my life.

The bracelets themselves were in individual bags for protection, and also storage if I’m not using wearing my bracelets. The quality is top shelf but, what I like just as well is, i can put it on myself. You don’t have to wait to wear until someone comes around and puts on for you. The 5 year warranty is great. All my last bracelets (from other brands) have broken on less than 2 years.

I ordered two bracelets. Came exactly as advertised. I especially like the wire cord the beads are threaded on. Rey Saturday. Very pleased with them. I am ordering another two shortly.

I was very excited to get my bracelet and when it arrived, I had ordered the wrong size. OttaSilver we’re very accommodating and took back the small bracelet and sent the next size up soon after. I got it a few days ago and I haven’t taken it off yet. I’m for sure going to recommend to friends as well as getting more for myself.
