Monalisa is helpful and able to respond to my enquiry instantly. However, it's disppointed that this company can't use credit card to make the direct debit, also asking too much when verifying my account. And I know these are not related to the customer service, hope the company will reiew its procedure in future.
Incorrect final bill but quickly resolved
Frustrating that I needed to contact them as they issued an incorrect final bill, however Wiktoria resolved my query quickly on the Live Chat function - great customer service to resolve the issue. 5 STARS for Wiktoria, however 4 stars for Outfox in general due to the incorrect final bill. Have been happy with there service for the past year in general!

I switched to Outfox a couple of weeks ago on a really competitive 2 year fixed rate deal. I supplied all my meter readings via the app at the time of switching, but realised this morning that the day and night electric readings had not been registered, although the gas reading was showing correctly. I suspect it was a system blip but could also have been user error!
I called this morning to query the issue. Unlike my previous supplier, Eon, where I usually experienced long queues, the phone was answered immediately by Mohammed. He was friendly and professional, took the meter readings over the phone and updated my account immediately. He also read everything back to confirm he had the correct data.
Customer service is so important when dealing with utility suppliers. This was a simple issue, but based on my experience this morning, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Outfox.
