First class service.

First class service.
Spoke to Jay who answered all my questions regarding possible tariffs and arranged a new best of market, (I’ve checked) fixed tariff to start when my other ends next month. He arranged to have some of my current credit refunded, leaving a month’s payment in credit. Could not have been more helpful. Thanks very much Jay.

Not a current customer, but very helpful Customer Services

I don't currently use this energy company, but I was after some information about their tariffs and as the individual (Bunmi) in their Customer Service team was extremely informative and helpful, I wanted to leave them a quick review to thank them for their quick and helpful assistance.

Jay was so friendly and polite…

Jay was so friendly and polite and even wished me a happy belated birthday, as it was the previous day. He listened to what I had to say and explained what he was going to do to help. He was a pleasure to talk to and much better than a chat bot.

Always seem to be one of the cheapest…

Always seem to be one of the cheapest suppliers out there, I've been with them over 10 years. Only issues with them was getting through to the customer care center used to be tedious and them ramping up my direct debits more than necessary.
However I contacted Wiktoria at outfox today on live chat and she resolved my request quickly and efficiently. Much better service than I've had before. Well done!

Had problems accessing the portal for utility new provider ahead of switch

Had problems accessing the portal for registering and submitting a meter reading ahead of utility switch.
Great to get Jayne's help. She took a verbal meter reading, registered us (had been a customer before) and then helped me finally access the portal on my new I-pad. Conclusion was the glitch was caused by very slow download and on reflection possibly a less than ideal internet connection too. I now know to enter the website details, go and switch the kettle on and be very patient to get logged in😂. Help greatly appreciated!
Will be on fibre broadband by next year!
