Nonexistant customer service
The customer service is simply nonexistent.
I haven't been able to access my Outlook inbox after a missed payment, and despite settling the overdue payment, I'm still not able to access it.
I have tried to contact them through several channels, but the result is always the same: "just figure it out and go read the guides".
They take your money, then block your services, and when you need help, the advisor on the online chat doesn’t even wait for you to reply. They end the conversation and the bot tells you to go read their manuals.
This is preposterous!!!!!!!
I do not recommend them AT ALL. Complete waste of money!

Poor service quality, lack of trust
Poor service quality compared to the competition. Lack of trust. They can't solve problems they have within their system. Support is practically non-functional. The dashboard is unintuitive. There are also many other reasons why I wouldn't recommend OVH. To summarize: There's absolutely no reason to choose this company.

Price increase
Was a customer for half a year. Overall nice performance and very stable with a nice DDoS protection.
Unfortunately have to change host as OVHCloud randomly increased prices of all my VPSs over 50% more randomly with an excuse of RAM prices because of AI.

They charge you for a service which is not used and even the support is confirming it. Nothing has been used on a project, it was just activated and they even not care.
Answer from support:
Publlic Cloud project, after verification we found that you activated some Object storage, and you are being charged for the reference " DPU for data processing engine Data Platform on region gra".
Please take in consideration that you are charged by usage, the service is charged while it's active even if it's not being used.
If you would like to stop the charges please make sure you cancel the services as soon as possible.

I had an issue with my hosting and domain not being linked properly. Luca B. from the OVHcloud team was extremely helpful and professional. He explained the process clearly, guided me on how to save my data, and quickly validated my refund request so I could start fresh. The response time was good and the solution provided was perfect. Poor service quality
I have been a customer for several years, and unfortunately the service has become increasingly frustrating.
Multiple times a year, my credit card is suddenly removed from the system, and I am required to make the payment manually. This is extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. An online service provider should be able to handle automatic recurring payments reliably — that is basic functionality.
On top of that, prices seem to be increasing constantly and, in my opinion, unreasonably.
Today I tried to pay an invoice and encountered around ten different error messages during the payment process. I still don’t even know whether the payment went through or not. For an IT company, this level of unreliability and poorly functioning billing systems is simply unacceptable.
I sincerely hope the company improves its payment systems and overall reliability, because long-term customers deserve a smoother and more professional experience.

Issue resolved - Prompt and professional refund
I initially had some issues with the service not fitting my needs and was frustrated with my experience. However, I am updating my review to 5 stars because their team stepped up and processed a full refund for me today without any hassle. It's rare to find a company that handles cancellations and refunds so professionally and respects their customers even when things don't work out. I really appreciate their integrity and customer service in resolving this!

Loyal 20-Year Customer - Entire Website Suspended in 24 Hours
I never thought I would write a review like this about OVH.
I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. My website has been running for over 10 years without any significant downtime. Yet it was unilaterally taken offline by OVH, without proper notice or a reasonable timeframe to respond.
I received a notification regarding allegedly copyrighted images. That is normal. I have always handled such requests seriously and cooperatively whenever they occur. However, less than 24 hours after the notification, the entire server was suspended for “absence of answer.”
Less than 24 hours.
There was no hack, no malware, and no security breach. This was simply user-generated content on a recipe platform. Despite this, the entire service was shut down, impacting thousands of users.
I consider this action disproportionate and abusive.
Since the suspension, I have not received any clear response to my emails.
I genuinely feel targeted by OVH’s “Abuse” team. Their handling of the situation appears opaque and excessively aggressive. If this can happen to a loyal customer of 20 years, it can happen to anyone.

I strongly recommend considering another hosting provider.
If possible, outside the European Union (if you can manage GDPR compliance), or alternatively in Eastern Europe.
Very disappointed.

I signed up for VPS and couldnt login, so tried to cancel and its not possible, they lock you in and then spend days/weeks giving you the run around. AVOID SCAMMERS AND CREATE CHARGBACK WITH YOUR BANKS DIRECTLY! For eny assistence regarding CH - wrime me here
