No stars would be appropriate, wish I’d seen these reviews before I bought the jumpers. Quality dreadful and sizes vastly smaller than advertised (large would fit a small adolescent)

There should be a no star / warning!!
This company is a massive scam. The item i purchased is a far cry from what utter rubbish I recieved and shame on FACEBOOK for allowing them to use their platform to abuse their users. Don't touch them with a barge poll

I actually wouldn’t give this company a star at all. Despicable con company. I never received my money back when I returned a dress that was beyond bad quality. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!!! Worst company ever

Not worthy of one star. Reviews on their website are great. Must be fake. Dress is cheap polyester not cotton looks nothing like the picture. Pay to send back to China

I ordered a jacket which was supposed to be delivered 2-3 days. Took 14 days but shouldn't have bothered. The jacket is so badly fitting. Arms too short, body too short and too tight. Supposed to be medium. Certainly not. No returns option.

It’s a scam!! Absolutely do not buy from here!!! Totally quality zero nothing like the advert very cheap quality and not even sewed properly!! Feel so ripped off!!

Do not buy from this company, ordered 3 dresses, no return address tried many times to email them. No response. Absolute scam. Avoid

I ordered 2 dresses, which on the advert, looked like they were made from cotton, and featured the pleating at the front to hide your tum. On arrival, the quality was terrible, 95% viscose, and didn't fit. Too tight across the back, despite ordering a size bigger than i would normally wear, and like a tent at the front. I sent them back, for which I had to pay an extra £4.42. One week later, the same 2 dresses have been returned to me, but from a different address. I can't find a phone number or email for this anonymous company, so I'll have to kiss good bye to the money I spent in the first place. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Items recieved were different from the sizes ordered, refused to refund and asked for 25% of the order total to resend, then stopped responding.

Cheap Chinese rubbish.

Absolute con - incorrect sizes. Customer care service should be fired.
All sizes are false , won’t refund , won’t collection and really are not worth dealing with.

Sizes smaller then on the website, material not as described. They don't accept returns, don't refund.

Sizes way smaller than advertised and company refuse to pay for the items collection and issue refund even after sending photos of the photo being 12 inches shorter than advertised. Shocking g company to deal with!

Items too small. Provided wrong address for refund. Offered 30% refund then stopped responding to emails.

Further to my feedback left previously promised a refund of 25% requested 30% due to the quality and since then no further response to any of my emails as stated by other people pleasant by email but I have not had a good customer service avoidance the pain by not ordering from them

Stated in their advert that the Jacket was made from premium leather and Lambswool lining what I received from China was a plastic and polyester rubbish as usual offered a. 30%refund or send it back to China at my expense. They will not answer emails and have disappeared so not buy from this so called Company it's a Scam.

This company is a complete scam outfit. I tried to return and request full refund but will not reply to messages.

The goods come from China and will be Chinese quality. It’s over a month now since I ordered two what I thought were genuine Fred Perry‘s and they’ve still not arrived when you contact Oxford fashion to find out where they are they expect you to contact the shipping company And wash their hands of it.
Really bad service I expect inferior quality goods, and I would tell everyone to avoid
Since listing my experience, I have noticed four reviews from Jane edge very much. Looks like she works for Oxford fashion. The shirts are finally just arrived. Like I suspected the quality is appalling no labels to say what make the shirts are and they were supposed to be size 4 XL and they’re just about an xl. If I want my money back, I have to return them at my expense, which I think is totally unfair when the sizing is so so wrong

Purchase made 4.1.25 Very bad experience. Would never buy from them again. Misrepresented in advert. No mention of the item coming from China. Very poor quality imitation of the Jacket portrayed in their adverts. More like a fancy dress outfit! Their best offer by way of refund after numerous emails was 30% if I returned by tracked mail to China (which would have cost £25.00). Not worth spending more money on them and causing me even more stress!
